Please app take action against this hotel. When I was about to check in I understood that there was no room available and they claimed that I had registered a room in a different hotel even though I had made the payment last March. The hotel informed that it will return my payment within 3 working days. Please app take note of the matter.

Bilik luas dan bersih, harga berpatutan, cuma reception je selalu tiada di kaunter, nak check in kena tunggu lama, tak paham betul lah apa masalahnya

Room was okay, comfortable bed bathroom and shower. Easy to find and okay location. Two negative points: - someone else was in our room the night we were to check even though we were given the key card for that room. -check out time was listed as 12pm but after we came back from our breakfast at 9am our room card had already been deactivated, yet our belongings were still inside.

The hotel staff is very friendly and nice. The cleaner is surprisingly honest person. My friends accidentally left her iPhone and power bank at the hotel and we come back with clean room and no missing items. Thank you so much
