我们四晚的住宿体验非常愉快。入住和退房都很快捷。房间一直很干净，客房清洁人员也非常出色。唯一需要改进的是房间的灯光。客房服务也需要改进，这样晚上饿了可以直接点餐。酒店的游泳池也很棒，可惜我们太忙于在酒店外面走动而没能去用。

已经在这里住过几次了，我喜欢这里的房间，它们还不错，很干净，靠近阿罗街和武吉免登。

房间够大，位置靠近武吉免登。推荐。

工作人员非常友好，上午 11 点至下午 3 点提供免费小吃

All the staffs there are very friendly. Especially Adam. Thank you for your hospitality and good service. He let us check in early as we took the early morning flight there. Super friendly and kind staff. Hotel is very beautiful and clean too!

There 's also a gym facility. When you open the door to the room, you are greeted with a fresh scent; The room looks neat and clean, and the in-room amenities are complete. Mineral water is also provided every morning. The price is commensurate with the facilities and service provided. The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel has made me fall in love, and I will not stay anywhere else.
