对于我这个带着三个青少年度假的人来说，这家酒店非常满意……真的很舒服。房间宽敞干净。有两间卧室和两间浴室。

总体来说，建筑很漂亮，但是电梯很慢，而且很拥挤，4 部电梯中只有 2 部在运行

当我去吉隆坡时我总是住在这里

总的来说，入住Face Suites非常满意。如果我再来吉隆坡，我一定会再次入住这里。

我们在两居室公寓住了五晚，非常愉快。早餐菜单很棒，房间干净整洁，而且地处市中心，交通便利。无边际泳池和从空中平台欣赏的景色都非常棒。总而言之，这是一次愉快的体验。

入住手续办理很顺利。您必须支付旅游签证/晚/房间的费用。押金 300 令吉。房间非常宽敞，是两居室套房，适合四口之家，因为我们有十几岁的孩子，但只有一间宽敞的淋浴间和厕所🚽在里面😅，外加一台全自动开放式洗衣机。空调似乎有点旧了，不够🆒😴他们应该进行维护。每天都会整理房间，只需在门上贴个标签即可。当您外出或退房时，请注意，对于高层建筑来说，电梯上下需要“一些时间”，所以可能需要一段时间。电梯很大，但没有空调，所以如果同时入住的人太多，您可能会感到闷热🥵。51 楼设有天空酒吧和休息室，并提供其他设施。酒店位置靠近🚆 Bukit Nanas 站。步行即可到达 KLCC、美丽的公园以及 Suria KLCC 购物中心。 酒店区域有两种类型的酒店：Face Suite 和 Face Style。Face Style 更加拥挤，大堂周围总是挤满了人，还有网约车接送。Face Suite 规模稍小一些，但大堂仍然熙熙攘攘。退房时，如果您使用现金支付，可以立即退款。所以物有所值，希望空调能凉快一点😎。

我在这里住了7天，房间宽敞舒适，我很喜欢。缺点是电梯，等电梯要等很久。不过总的来说，我很喜欢在这里的住宿。

Got charged RM200 without any explanation. I was in a hurry to airport while checking out and my deposit was cut RM200 without the employee explaining anything to me

sangat menyenangkan, dekat kemana2, byk tempat makan sekitar dkt hotel, hotel bersih, kamar tidur bersih, lengkap isi nya dgn keperluan sehari2, berasa dirumah sendiri, recommended pake banget

Staff sangat ramah, room bersih, dan wangi sangat rekomen untuk long staycation

The room is big, clean, and comfort for family trip. I booked the room for 4 people and it has 2 bathrooms inside. The room facilities so helpful such as washing machine, kitchen, iron and table, and dining table. However, maybe the hotel managment can make various breakfast recipe as I was bored to eat same menu in 4 days.

Disappointed, honestly booked a hotel face interested because you can take photos at the pool with a view of the twin towers. But not seen and not given permission to enter even though 1 management.

Rooms are spacious, equipped with washing machine, full set dining equipment, electrical stove and refrigerator. It's really recommend if you plan a trip to KL with your family. Location itself close to KLCC area, accesability from and to the hotel is very easy with a lot of transportation mode option. Offcourse, I'll make a reservation again in this hotel if have a trip to KL

so closed to landmark KL Twin Tower Petronas & KL Tower (you can walk to get there)..i got room with view direct to KL Tower..but view for Twin Tower Petronas not clear enough due to block by new building (The Face Style)..if you at Sky Top Pool (level 51) you can see partially Twin Tower Petronas..if you have more budget.. I suggest to take the new building (The FACE Style if i not wrong), the view so clear to both Twin Tower Petronas & KL Tower. but all average was satisfyingly..big room with 2 bedroom, kitchen set, wash machine..so accommodate my family (2 adults and 3 children)..housekeeping cleans daily even I not request or hanging tag (Make up room)

Menyenagkan luas, nyaman liburan dengan keluarga bisa lebih santai seperti di rumah…anak anak bisa bermain leluasa
