所有的电源插座都坏了，我们没法给手机充电。后面的店铺早上很吵。店铺还开着。

酒店房间图片与实际房间不符。房间很小，比描述的面积小得多。空调噪音很大。电控盒松动，整晚都在发出噪音。无线网络无法使用，虽然已连接，但就是连不上。浴室没有像样的洗浴区。打开浴室门，你只能站在洗手盆前面的那个地方洗澡。

There’s so much noise going on at the corridor area in the middle of the night and I don’t think there’s any customer at that time. Maybe the the staffs. Also my room smells cigarette and I found it in the toilet bowl.

Very bad service, selalu bunyi bising bila malam hendak tidur. Receptionist boleh tidak tahu yang saya menginap selama 2 malam.

Receptionist isn't friendly at all. He did not smile and look at my face when do the talking. He did not say thank you and smile when I checked out. Bad experience on check in and check out.

Being disturbed from outside during 2 AM to 5 AM.

Kamar yang bersih, resepsionis yang ramah, resepsionisnya juga mau membantu, disitu saya merasa aman dan nyaman tidak takut barang saya hilang. Recommended banget sih hotel ini.
