305房间的空调整夜发出刺耳的警报声，让人难以入眠。空调确实很冷，但我找不到噪音的来源，非常影响睡眠。除此之外，其他一切都很好：马桶很干净，水量也足。

离吉隆坡中央车站有点远，没有毛巾，其他都还好，整洁干净，现代风格，空调不错，浴室也很干净，有饮水机。

这家酒店信息丰富，游客友好。从入住到退房，一切都是独立完成的。酒店周围有很多餐饮摊位。

酒店员工很友好，房间虽小但超级干净。毛巾、床单、枕头、地板和电梯都一尘不染。周围环境也不吵。下次旅行我还会预订这里，因为这里非常干净，令人满意。

工作人员很友好，入住手续很轻松，房间干净舒适。

Staff has great understanding by allowing me to check in earlier after long flight

Kamar tidak sempit dan sesuai low budget. Petugas ramah dan membantu. Ada banyak jualan makanan. Ke Nu Sentral jalan kaki sekitar 5 menit.

The blanket is dirty. Only one plug in the room, very inconvenient. Experience in Malaysia is too bad. However, staff is friendly and supportive

Phòng nhỏ. ở 4-5 ngày nhưng chưa 1 lần dọn dẹp hay thay bịch đựng rác cả phòng có được 1 ổ điện. vòi xịt,vòi sen wc hư nhưng không thay wifi tương đối ổn. free nước( ở chỗ bình nong lanh). không tủ lanh. Tiếp tân không hỗ trợ cho mượn thìa,đũa...( không cho mượn bất kỳ thứ gi)

Terlalau kecil kamar nya. Dan biasa-biasa aja.

There was a cockroach, my friend later told me there many crimes around this area as well, don't risk your life here just because it is cheap :( there is no wifi as described, no free breakfast, they have a free ion table.

Tiada staff di kaunter receptionist untuk daftar masuk . masa antara jam 7 petang ke 8 malam . saya terpaksa tunggu hampir sejam untuk check in kerana tiada staff di kaunter receptionist . masa nak daftar masuk pulak saya dimaklum kan bilik yang saya tempah ( deluxe with window ) sudah tiada dan digantikan dengan bilik deluxe tanpa window . what a service!

clean place and water also is there to drink you can just take it free thank you sun inn also near to many indian restaurant and mall just have to walk.

Simple and nice. Regular customer of Sun inns and I find it very much adequate for a basic stay. Not much hassle during check in or Check out.

I already booked for 3 room, but when I am arrived at hotel, reception said all room sold, and I have to wait 3 hours till any room available, and I check in at 5 pm, its so bad experience during I am traveling, I hope you can give a punishment with this hotel, I am so dissapointed, thanks

TV dalam bilik rosak, 3 kali bagitau, sampai ke sudah xdatang baiki, stay kt hotel 4h 3 malam, bilik memang xada orang datang kemas, sabun di bilik air tak ada, tempat cas hp ada satu saja plug.
