tidak sempat menginap jd blm bisa komentar..

4 star ⭐ Dari mana ya. Aku booking 2 malam tapi ngk mau nempatin. Bau apek banget. Toilet Kotor jendela Kotor. Jorok

Suasana kamar sangat tenang, bersih dan ukuran kasur luas, sarapan pagi tidak banyak pilihan tapi rasanya enak.

I have no idea I booked and paid in traveloka, but hotel unable to trace the booking number. Receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all. Push all the wrong to us … blame us for booking through traveloka. After all the argument, they find out that the booking transfer to trip. Com … but tell us there is no room available? How can this happen? I already paid and voucher received! Please give an explanation! Really feel so disappointed!

Check in fast, ada welcome drink, kamar besar, fasilias ok, akses banyak makanan, sevel di sebelah, ada yang jual makanan juga, breakfast yang overload penuh jam 8, kemudian baru dicarikan tempat telor setengah mateng habis, smp telor rebus juga habis, rasa makanan standard aja, view kamar ke city bagus kalo malam.

Dekat dengan restaurant, swalayan, mall. Tapi kamar lembab, bau karpet lama. Sarapan nasi lemak nya enak.

The hotel is clean and the reception very friendly.

I always stay here. It's clean and comfortable. Comes with free breakfast. The only setback is their towel. There is a smell on the towel. Some towel already torn.

Untuk semua staf hotel Amerin tolong jangan jutek-jutek ya jangan judes-judes ya, ngelayaninnya harus pake senyum biar tamu yang datang senang, bukannya cemberut judes-judes jadikan agak gimana gitu.

The hotel is quite dirty, having very bad smell either in the corridor in front of the lift and the room also having terrible smell. The bath room is slippery. But the worst out of all is the service and hospitality from the hotel staff, the receptionist face are very sour, no smile, unpolite and very rude. They need to get 101 hospitalization training from the hotel. Management or any 3rd party trainer. We stay for 2D1N of 2 suite rooms but turn to be the night mare stay.

A decent hotel away from the customs. 7-11 downstairs and a big giant opposite the hotel. Unfortunately there is no mall nearby but calling a grab is easy. Bedsheet has stains and bed do smell a little as well.

This hotel is dirty. No bath mat provided. When we call the cleaning service. They said they already went home and we end up staying without bath mat. The carpet room makes me sneeze all the time. The room that I booked is dirty and the pillow is smelly. Service is very bad.

Hotel baik, kamar bersih dan luas serta ada jendela. Air kamar mandi kencang, air panas ada. Ac dingin, wifi lancar pokoknya puas nginap di sini. Kekuranganya cuma kolam renang tidak ada untuk anak-anak.

Perfect location with spacious and bright room. Have been checking in to this hotel for years.
