浴室很脏，水有异味，电视机坏了，水槽漏水，游泳池也没有清理过。

Very sadness for hotel in Bali. Very dirty and then the water supply for the toliet is empty.

Upon arrival, we were told our private pool was closed and inaccessible. One of the taps in the room was broken. The air-conditioning in the other room was not functional. There was no amenities like a kettle or sufficient towels. I can see potential in the place for it to be great but unfortunately it fell short for my stay.

Kamar kotor, toilet kotor sekali, bak kotor sekali, kolam renang kotor sekali. Tidak sesuai dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan. Tidak sesuai dengan gambar dan aslinya 180 ° bertolak belakang.

Tempatnya sepi dan tenang, ga banyak yang menginap di sini, liat review juga awalnya ragu menginap di sini, tapi alhamdulillah pas liat langsung kamarnya cuma kecewa dikit karena kolamnya kotor kurang terawat tapi yang lainnya keren, kamar bersih, toilet juga bersih kok hanya sedikit bau saja, kurang pengharumnya, AC dingin, bathtub kesukaan anak-anak saya, pokoknya harga murah dapat kamarnya yang top markotop, dapet dapur dan ada kulkas besar juga, bener-bener sip kalo kata saya mah, dan deket banget ke Beach Love yang sunset nya luar biasa bagus. 😍.

Oke banget staycation di villa ini, meskipun agak masuk akses villanya, tapi keren, suasana villa sepi sunyi, pas buat healing 2 hari. Tidak jauh dengan pantai Kedungu yang sedang viral.

I checked out early because I and my partner can't stand the sewage smell, really stinks, and the room was damp. The staff was great, the service was so-so. When I checked in, they didn't even ask for my ID, but they asked about my partner's (who happened a foreigner) passport, and when I asked for what, they can't explain it clearly. So I really don't understand what was all that about. I am so disappointed.

Villa was not clean, spider web everywhere, bathtub is dirty, staff was not ready when we came and we had to wait for 30 min for them to prepare the room. First came to the room there was a cockroach on the wall, I have to asked for the water and then they gave me. Seems like no maintenance due to Covid situation for last 2 years.

Nyesel booking dan stay disini. Tertarik stay karena fasilitas kitchen, pool dan bathtub tapi gak layak semua. Kek stay di rumah yg terbengkalai. Merasa tertipu tapi yasudahlah, hitung” amal. I never write a review like this but I think I should do this. We stayed in Soka to celebrate a birthday and booked because of the facilities they offered but it turned to our most terrible experience. 1. Kitchen, the stove was broken and rusty but the staff managed to replace it by gas stove. 2. Bedroom, wall and interior were moldy. 3. TV, no signal even not for local channels. Staff said they no longer subscribe TV cable (not sure what happened with the local channel. 4. Bathroom, extremely moldy on the ceiling, head shower was broken, bath tube was dusty and broken, they provide us torn towel, hot water available after 6pm said the staff. 5. Pool, the filter was off in the morning so the water was little bit muddy. No space for Pandemic reason if you provide those kinds of facilities. With IDR 500K you could find a better place to stay in 3-4 star hotel. We wanted to leave but I thought it would hard to get refund from the online travel agent so we tried to enjoy it by our own way Sorry to write this but I hope the owner read this and make some improvements. Saat check-in staf ramah. tapi kolam renang kotor. Didasar kolam ada botol aq. Perlengkapan masak tidak ada cuma ada piring gelas cangkir dan sabun cuci piring. Lampur di kamar mati hanya lampu tidur saja yang nyala, lampu di wc juga mati, rasa sarapan biasa saja. Padalal minumnya teh 2 eh malah nyasar kopi. Tersis rasa air tehnya aneh. nyari pakai. Map lokasi katanya di kanan jalan eh ternyata di kiri jalan akhirnya kelewatan deh.

Villanya jauh sekali, sepi dan banyak anjing liar berkeliaran di villa.

Fasilitasnya tidak terlalu baik, saluran toilet agak bau, lampu tidur tidak berfungsi, Tapi staf sangat ramah dan tanggap fasilitas dapur semua dapat digunakan.

Kurang memuaskan. Pertama booking untuk tanggal 11-14 namun ada kesalahan sistem dari villa katanya. Jadi dicancel 1 malam oleh villa, lalu kolam kurang bersih. Dan pelayanan kami diminta buru-buru check-out. Lokasi juga sangat jauh sekali.

Villanya bagus, suasananya asri banget, jauh dari keramaian kota, stafnya juga ramah, cuma aku harus nunggu beberapa jam sampai kolam renangnya bisa dipake, soalnya baru dikasih kaporit pas aku datang, but it's oke. Btw, sarapannya enak!

Kamar mandi agak bau, exhaust harus diganti, proses check-in manual dengan kertas, sarapan yang dipesan tidak sesuai dengan yang dikasih, Pelayanan harus ditingkatkan (lebih professional).

Villanya bagus, cuma kemarin karena check-in terlalu malam jadi sempat ada miskomunikasi antara kita dengan pihak villa karena villanya langsung di renovasi. Beruntung malamnya masih bisa ditempatin walaupun ada bau bau bensin, spreinya agak lengket. Dan di sekitar tempat makannya banyak anjing yang berkeliaran, jadinya agak was was haha tapi overall bagus.
