Service & Facilities, Pihak hotel tidak meletakkan Tuala Mandi di dalam bilik, apabila kami hendak checkout mereka menuduh kami mengambil Tuala Mandi berkenaan. Kami terpaksa memunggah semua barang2 dan membuka beg di hadapan mereka.

Good location to stay if you're working around northport/westport area. Room is OK. Hairdryer and iron available upon request.

Hotel yang bagus, bilik bersih & kemas, mempunyai kettle & mini bar fridge di dalam bilik, iron & board boleh minta staf hantar ke bilik, bilik ada aircond & kipas, TV, parking di depan bilik, mudah jika bawa orang tua, staf yang bagus & amat membantu. Terbaik.

The accommodation is ideal for travelers who prefer to drive. The stay felt very much like a motel lodging in LA, where the rooms adopt minimalist in amenities. The beds in our room was rather soft, therefore, for those with back or inherent Sciatica issues should avoid. Noise level from the car park was noticeable to those lite sleepers. Albeit all these, the 3-days stay had been quite pleasant and it would have been better if the hotel could supply properly washed towels that come without a moldy smell.

Smooth check in, comfort and clean. Would definitely stay again ^.

Most probably first and last time I rent this hotel. Bad experience with room given. Family room with bad smell upon opening the room. Checked where the smell came from. My god! Discovered pee under the sink. Whole room wreak the smell of pee. When to complain, was told the cleaning team did their job but must have overlooked this problem. Shocked at the respond given. Demanded for a room change. Yes! we were given a room change but had to wait few more minutes for the cleaning team to finish their job. What I cannot understand why they only began cleaning at 2.45pm. Why not right after the people who left at check out time at 12pm? This cleaning team needs to be given a sounding by the owner. I hope the owner take positive actions to rectify this problem of cleanliness of their rooms to not have further complains from customers.

Overall semua okay cuma toilet bilik 18 a bit smelly. Hope after this housekeeping services upgrade the service. Other than that good.

Simple, fast, easy to stay especially parking to my room within a minute. Thanks.

Have to outstation port klang, and saw this hotel has quite many good review, and have a try. But it very disappoint me. 1) Room overall so so. 2) Cleanliness I think is a prob, my legs and hands feel very itchy when at room. 3) Water pressure very small at bathroom. 4) The dustbin still full with rubbish that left from previous customer. The only advantage is easy parking and easy accessible to car without go through any staircase or lift.
