The room is filthy, the bathroom is just disgusting and I wont ever recommend this place to anyone unless they improve their facility. The staff were nice but still, at the end of the day, you're paying for the room so no.

The rooms weren't prepared well when we arrived there. They said they forgot to check the online booking. It's so disappointed. so if you want to book Favila, you have to contact them, to remind them that you already booked the rooms and already pay for it.

Not exactly enjoyed, more on just satisfied. The room is small & a bit dusty, the private bathroom is also small without a door knob and the counter is a bit problematic but at least the AC is cool, the beds are comfortable, the room service is decent & it is also near the airport & other establishments which is ok..

We were not served the room I was booked (family room), due to unavailability of water in the subdivision, they gave us a room for 2 and just put a "cleopatra single bed at the lower part of the bed so 3 people can occupy the small room. We inform them that we will check out at 4am and no one is in their reception area to attend to our check-out procedure, thus we just leave the room key inside and lock it up. The also did not put garbage bin. also, the water that came out from the faucet looks like a recycled water, it it like a water with a body soap soaked in. We even bought mineral water just to clean up ourselves.

Pagpunta namin dun closed. Natulog na daw yung may-ari. Sabi ng mga tao dun, marami na daw nagbooked online na di nakapasok. Dapat kung traveler's inn di natutulog may-ari. Alam nya kasi anytime may papasok na gustong magcheck-in diba. Sila lang ang inn na nagcloclosed so far sa alam ko. Kasi 24/7 talaga ang mga traveler's inn eh.

Stay away from that place; it is a nightmare. I spent time there less than 3 hours and I was out.

On the 1st day I arrived in their counter to check in, the owner was not welcoming at all. I felt bad when she said, "Oh eto na naman!" (Oh, here it is again!) She said it because her rooms were already fully booked and she thought that I was not able to book online. But I told her that I have booked days before I arrived and already paid online. I even showed her my hotel voucher for evidence, but I told her in a calm way. But I did not like the way she treated me that moment. I think even if you are the owner of the business, you should be welcoming to your clients and if your service is not already capable to entertain more clients, the employee or even the business owner must be kind enough to say sorry. But even though the standards rooms were already fully booked, since I have already paid and it was not my fault at all, she gave me the bigger room which is good for four people without charging me. I am thankful for that. However, next time, they should learn to be kind and welcoming to their guest no matter what. Because the first impression means a lot and cannot be forgotten. I hope they will improve their attitude towards their customers.

I booked for 6 but they only provide two thin blankets and only 4 towels in a very low quality. But the location is really great for us.

Commune area and stinky front desk and receptionist. Even grab and uber had a hard time locating the hotel. Waze direction of the hotel is not present. Bed sheet are quite cheap and towel are low quality. My friends overall rate the hotel as low class. No offense but better to stay at other places.

We were group of 2 adults and a kid. The room was good enough to sleep in for a discounted price of 600 pesos. I wish they have service soap and shampoo though
