I cannot recommend this for traveler on budget because on top of the fee you paid @traveloka an additional fees may apply once you arrived at the hotel, in my case I have my 13 YO niece included in my booking and as per traveloka apps she's included on what I have paid, but when we arrive at the hotel we paid additional for her. I can reco the hospitality of the staff. But got disappointed with the the amenities, aircon is not cold and have a dusty smell, TV cable is not working the whole stay, toilet not flushing right away, sliding glass door in the shower stucks often, and the most disappointing part, was when they have me wait for 15mins for coffee to be served and tried to follow up twice but never served after waiting for almost an hour, so I just leave the dinning area.

First, I was given a different room (room #9) because the room that I booked was occupied, even if I already requested to block the room in order for me to early check in and I paid 1000 for the room blocking. Second, It was so hot even if the ACU was at its lowest temperature. Third, the lamp was busted, only one lamp was working. Lastly ,the experienced was so creepy, the room telephone rang at around 9pm, I answered it but there was no one in the line, then the second rang was at mid night, I picked up the phone, but still I can't hear any answer from line. It was so weird because during the time I'm about to check out, I can't dial the three numbers connected to front office and according to front office staff the telephone line was broken. I wonder how is it possible that the room telephone rang twice. I hope you can address this concern.

The room was really nice except for the door since it was just a sliding door and curtain covered. We just felt unsecured. However, food and other more are awesome.
