We thought this was a steal at the time of booking but when we arrived, the room was not clean at all. The fan has a lot of dust, stains and hair strands found on the sheets and floor plus a used mask under a bed. Worst Baguio experience so far. The staff are nice but the room is really not clean. I won't recommend this at all.

We 3 senior citizens, one with heart failure had to climb down 20 steps to our room. Staff were helpful. I know I shld have requested for a room on street level, I just assumed this is like Hotel Elizabeth.

Staff were helpful and friendly. If you have a pet with you, it is nice to stay in Villa Silvina because the rooms are accessible to the court where you can walk your pet and allow time for potty. Downside would be the signal! Wifi is only at the lobby and if you are assigned in the “basement” rooms (with pets), you have to go out of your room to get signal. Prepare to use data/LTE in this accommodation.

I'm still asking for the Hotel to refund my money since I never was able to stay there. They just keep telling me that the money will be refunded back to my account but until now I haven't heard any from them 😡.

if the request for the rooms are not available just kindly lets us know asap so that I have time to cancel and look for another hotel. The hotel its not already impressing so I am expecting for the request of our room will be given to make feel better but its not its disappointing. Ambiance is very important for relaxing.

This hotel is very homey. I would definitely come back here with my cousins!

Quite not good because if you are in staying in the bottom and you want to sleep you can hear footstep in the ceiling and its so irritating because it's made of wood. But service was okay.

Babalik kami sa summer and we will be stay here again.

Maganda, malinis, malaki ang room, Problema lang dinig na dinig sa loob ng room ang ingay ng naglalaro ng basketball. Nagtravel kc kmi mg gabi dapat tulog muna kmi pagdating, hindi namin nagawa maghapon may naglalaro. Lumabas nalang kami.

I booked 2 nights but decided to stay only 1 night I didn't enjoy that much because room was quite old and dirty nothing special nothing to do in the hotel no wifi in the room over price for kopiko and milo sachet I was priced 30 pesos each were in the market you can even sold it 10 pesos is enough over pricing that should be checked by DTI I will accept the price if they are 3 to 5 star hotel but didn't even pass as a hotelier for 2 star, they should not name the property as a hotel because technically they just a normal transient house with a spider web but I really appreciate the heather really works good and the people who works there they were really nice I really commend the security guard he was so friendly and let me lend the umbrella he was so great keep him in your business he provide good customer experience!

Simple lang yung place. Pero nakaka relax. Accesseble sa mga sasakyan papunta sa mga tourist destinations. Napakabait ng mga staffs. Super satisfied.

The room was decent and clean, though the location of 5/pax room was not good for senior. It was more or less 30 steps aside from the steps going in the hotel. Overall our stay was great. Will still recommend this hotel. They have free hot & cold water in the lobby.

The most awesome experienced are the helpful and friendly staff. For the cleanliness I will rate 6/10 referring outside the hotel. The bench outside was not so clean as if nobody using it. Above all, the place is amazing for romantic travel because of its location with the greeny surroundings.

had a great experience with the accommodation at first I was disappointed because it was late wen I found out that they had no AC but upon check in I therefore found out that I really don't need the ac because it was really cold inside.. above all we had a great experience and had a very affordable price.. highly recommended.. mejo kapagod lng ung stairs.

We had a great stay at Villa Silvina. The staff are very accommodating with all our needs. They even granted our several concern. The place is good although it's a little creepy. This is also very near to The Mansion and Wright Park. Overall, our stay was great with them :)

The room is terrible, it's not what I expected and its too noisy during the night.

We stayed here with my friends (total of 5 pax) feb 2-3, 2019. Unexpectedly we arrived early at Baguio and we wanted to rest from our long drive, so we tried asking the hotel staff via telephone call if it's possible for us to check in early than 2pm (it was 10am when I called them). I was willing to pay for an additional fee but they were very kind to accommodate our request without additional fee and let us check in early. The room was nice, comfortable beds and very spacious. We had our breakfast here which is delicious and affordable. Our only problem was the heater in the bathroom didn't work for few hours before our check-out time so we had to take a cold shower. But aside from that, everything was okay and the place was accessible to tourist spots. Thank you for accommodating our request :)

The whole stay was great. I like the room although it's a bit noisy since it's located downstairs. The ambiance is home and comfy. Location wise, it's near the jeepney terminal and staff were polite and reliable. What don't impress me was the lack of toiletries. There's no soap, shampoo and most of all slippers which I believe is a must. I did expect that these small things will be provided. Aside from this markdown, were satisfied with our stay.

Staffs are accommodating, rooms are clean, cozy and nice. Para ka lang nasa bahay. We really enjoyed our stay. Si ateng receptionists mahusay and very accommodating, thank you. Nakakatuwa din yung mga pictures ni Monalisa feeling mo sinusundan ka niya hahaha, ganda din nung madami silang sofa para kahit saan may maupuan ka. Also, malapit siya sa mga tourist spots like wright park, the mansion, mines view and botanical garden. Thank you so much! ☺
