Penginapan sesuai dengan harganya, untuk transit saja. Mungkin bisa ditingkatkan kebersihannya, agar yang menginap lebih nyaman (lantai tidak bersih & banyak semut, kamar mandi kurang bersih)

Tempatnya sangat nyaman untuk menginap. Suasanan nya bagus kaya di persawahan nggak pernah bosan kesini, karyawan nya sangat ramah semua.

Lokasi yang jauh dari tempat makan, kotor dan pelayan yang tidak ramah, kamar tidak dibersihkan dan kotor, bau dimana-mana.

I had checked out of this homestay thinking I could do all of my sightseeing in one day. Because the places were spread out, I needed a second day for sightseeing. So I checked in for one more night at this homestay. Unfortunately, the standard room I was in the night before was not available. So I had to upgrade. The room I upgraded to had a fridge. Not much different though. Again, the WiFi was great but had to ask for a towel for after my shower. I was served hot tea and pastries again for breakfast. The two young men who both helped me individually were always very kind and helpful. The water pressure was very weak in the shower. But at least it was a hot shower. There was a sink outside the bathroom, but it had leaky pipes. So I turned the water off each time I finished using it. And this time the tv only had 2 working channels, both local stations.

I arrived very early in the morning and the night worker showed me to my room. The first room only had a traditional mandi so I asked to be moved to a room with a regular shower. He found me a room right away with a shower. It was a bit dark in the dressing area in front of the mirror as light socket on the ceiling was missing a light. The bathroom did smell a bit and a cockroach appears the following morning in the bathroom. But they did have hot water showers and the bed was comfortable. There was a tv in the room, but only got 5 stations which were all local Indonesian channels. You have to ask for a bath towel to dry with after your shower as the towel isn’t readily in the room. The young man at the front desk was nice enough to serve me hot tea and a few pastries in the morning. The toilet was a bit difficult to flush and was constantly running. I had to turn the water on each time I used the toilet and off when I finished. The WiFi was great. One of the front desk workers spoke to me for a bit about my sightseeing plan for the next two days. They were able to find me a reliable driver for my sightseeing adventure.

Saya sudah pesan hotel, tapi pihak hotel belum ada respon dari pihak.

Tempatnya tenang, seperti berada di daerah pedesaan, padahal dipinggir jalan, pelayanannya baik.

Sangat bagus. Tetapi kalau boleh saran untuk pegawai hotelnya kalau bisa dikasih pakaian seragam agar kita tidak salah manggil orang. Tempatnya sangat indah, sangat cocok untuk istirahat dari perjalanan jauh ataupun mau privateroom karena suasana sepi dan kamarnya pun relatif bagus.

Pelayanannya kurang, kamarnya si bersih, fasilitas dengan harga segitu ya setidaknya ga terlalu memprihatinkan, Oh iya closet-nya mampet jangan lupa dibenerin

Kamar bau cat, kamar mandi kotor tidak sesuai di foto, air mineral tidak ada, resepsionis tidak ramah.

Kamar dan toilet kotor, panas AC tidak dingin.

Kamarnya bersih, tenang, kasirnya ramah, trs pagi-pagi udah ada sarapannya langsung

Fasilitas tidak sesuai, tidak ada handuk, sarapan cuma roti warung dan kopi.

Pihak hotel masih terlihat bingung dengan sistem online, masih dalam perbaikan sehingga tamu merasa kurang nyaman.

Nice place but low on service, one of the best at Bima but too far from downtown and many mosquitoes.

Fasilitas tidak sesuai dengan yang di iklankan. Akses wifi tidak diinfokan kepada customer. Sarapan kok begitu, kalau nggak niat kasi sarapan jangan diisi saja sekalian. SDM-nya payah.

Saat check in kamar belum ready, kamar mandi kotor dan kurang layak dan petugas lobby tidak di tempat

Cukup bagus dan menarik hati yang menginap.
