It was a very awful disgusting place to stay at! There 's bed bugs everywhere! We got bitten by this bugs left and right of our arms and legs and every part of our body! Even after they vacuumed the mattresses we still finding bed bugs afterwards UGH! Stay away from this hotel! It is the most disgusting hotel we ever encountered in our lives!

Very good and friendly staff. Especially the reception and guards. The beside restaurant is so so. Good food. Should try ham and cheese omelette, that's the best.

All the staff are so accomodating althroughout our stay ❤ Will surely recommend this place and we'll definitely be back.

Great place to stay. Courteous and accommodating staff. Clean rooms and the bed is comfy. Nice pool too. Buffet breakfast is ok, took too long to refill food and some food they don't have a refill anymore.

We stayed for 2 nights last April 7-9, 2018 in Super Deluxe Room with Veranda in Meridian Hotel and Suites. First, the room has a king size bed; the beddings and pillows are comfy. The air-con is split type and it's so cold that you get relaxed during hot summer day outside. The bathroom is clean. There are hot and cold rain shower with complete toiletries and of course the veranda that has a beachfront view that is relaxing. Second, about food, buffet setup was good; there are 3 main courses. On our first day, there were pork giniling, chicken adobo, fried Bangus and pancake. On the second day, they have hotdog, chicken/pork adobo, fish fillet, toasted bread. And there is an egg counter you can request for egg to cook. I like the omelette; it's yummy. The only negative that I can comment is the restaurant; it is small so when there're so many people, it gets to crowded. The second is when you eat outside, there are many flies but it was just minimal. Third, the location, I think it's nice and the best location. I did not regret booking this hotel. Actually, this is my first time staying here in Court Meridian. I just choose this through searching for hotel reviews. I like it because it is near the beachfront. Every morning my husband and my daughter get to walk to the beach. About 5 minutes ride to Harbor Point Mall, and at the back the San Roque chapel -- "the chapel is air conditioned". There is no problem with restaurant, just in front of the hotel, Gerry's grill. And it's in walking distance to other many restaurants. Next, the staff, they are all attentive, helpful and easy to talk to; I have no problem with them. Lastly, the amenities, it has an elevator slightly slow but it's ok. The lobby it's a bit small. During check-in and checkout, it get too crowded. The swimming pool we got to swim on our first day was just ok. It's a bit small. There are a jacuzzi, children's pool and one for adults. It operates from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. Only the good thing they have is lifeguards. About the parking, they have a limited parking that is one of our problem. We just park anywhere outside the hotel. Overall, I must say that I can recommend the hotel because I get enjoyed and relaxed during our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially those from the breakfast accommodations at Aresi. (minor complaint, smelly fridge, stinks up the room when opened)

Nice location, near the beach front, the church and restaurants. Room must be cleaned and linen fixed and towel changed daily, of course, after seeing to it that customer placed the do not disturb sign or seeing to it that customer is not inside the room.

The service is great, it’s just the bed we had a lot of bed bugs bites, the location is good too, the park is walking distance and some great restaurant and the church too.

This hotel is great of you'll stay alone or with family. Room is big, the surroundings are clean. Warm water in the pool. Relaxing ambiance. We had a great experience. We just had a slow WiFi experience, which for me is not that important since I didn't travel for work. But still 2 thumbs up for this hotel

We tried court meridian because location is good, it's near restaurants and shops and a view of subic bay. However there are some points needs to be improved like very slow wifi, bed is not that comfortable(hard), hot water for shower is like by request because I did everything and complained, a staff came in and it just automatically worked. I am very specific when it comes to food especially breakfast buffet, very limited menu for breakfast (typical filipino), no breads or cereals. The taste is not satisfying as well. Also, 8am is expected to be the peak hour of breakfast but staff are not ready, most are not refilled, running out of rice and egg. As experienced hotel, they should know and expected this, resulting to long line before reaching to the buffet table because others have to wait for refill and eggs to be cooked. I cannot personally recommend to family and friends even if having good location.
