พนักงานดูไม่ค่อยสนใจ ห้องพักไม่ดี แพงแต่ไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ไม่เหมาะสมกับราคา

we booked here for 2 guest and it said that there's a free breakfast. but when get our coupon for the free breakfast the server only gives one and we need the other one for a fancy price of 450 which were not expecting. plus the basement parking please fix it

The staff are very accomodating. Their food is superb..We had dinner few mins after we checked in,ordered bulalo and chopsuey. Masarap yong food pati breakfast buffet nila. Issue ko eh may amoy mabaho sa room,parang amoy kulob na di maintindihan and another issue that we had is the toilet & bath, the drain is clogged, when we woke up the next morning,may tubig pa din sa sahig but we didn't bother to raise the issue since overnight lang naman kami dun.

no internet connection. no free shuttle. staffs must have customer service training

It was great but the room we occupied have only one outlet. There are outlets available but it was condemned. They should have activated the other outlets for changing our celfon.

Room is clean and cozy! I had a great experience!

The food is good, the room is clean and the staff are accommodating, only that the hotel did not consider my request, neither one of my request during booking for my room is granted, I choose 1 big bed, but they gave me 2 single bed, carpeted, they gave me non carpet, high floor, I am on 3rd floor but overall it's a good stay

We enjoy our stay at the hotel and most of all the breakfast was nice.

Their service was awesome. The room was okay. Their food tastes good.

Staff are not so hospitable when approached
