Do not order at thalassas resto. Took 3 hours and 3 phone calls for our order to arrive. Each time I call I had to repeat my order. Jeez.

The new rooms are situated far from the restaurants. Pool is not functional. Rooms have cob webs in the toilet. Staff are late to arrive if you need something. Fire alarm keeps ringing. Glass doors through the balcony feels like it's going to break if the wind is strong.

Value for money! 😊 everything is great.

regarding food service, we ordered 9pm and they said if we are willing to wait for 1hour because a lot of orders, I agreed, after 1hr I expect that the food will arrived, sadly no, and I gave them a call for followup, they said that yes mam on the food is on the way, after 30mins I called again they said it to me that yes mam your order is on the way, the food arrived around 10:45pm we were so hungry and sleepy, I hope next time stick to their given time, that we are willing to wait even if its 1hr, but not more than. Just wanna share.

I had a good stay at the resort. There is so much to do, I love that their is a casino. I just thought their breakfast is buffet just like the last time I stayed there. Instead we were just asked to select from their breakfast menu.

This hotel is perfect for a quick getaway. The food is good and the room was clean, they even gave me cake for my birthday. The staff was really nice and accommodating. We had fun.

hotel needs major renovation. rooms are old need paint job, sheets and towels are worn out. pool is so dirty especially jaccuzzi! yuck! room rates not worth it at all. Food is overpriced as well!

We had a wonderful experience. Such a quick getaway with family and friends.

The place is ok as a whole. But the breakfast buffet was not so good. The staff were super friendly.

Price was quite high during christmas eve. We were expecting events from the resort but there was none. Casino was also closed. We had nothing to do in the resort on a special occasion.
