Nice place to stay but sad that the LGU is very strict... Spacious, well maintained and very clean room. Fast wifi, high quality bed and friendly staff... breakfast can not be served at the restaurant and that makes the experience sad

We stayed in the old wing. Since it isn't new, furnishings and interior may not be perfect and have worn out by the place was clean and spacious.

We have encountered too many problems. First, the hotel won't allow early check in despite that there's already a room availability. The hotel receptionist advise of 300 PHP per hour for early check in. I never heard anything like this from other hotels. Second, the room was spacious but the air condition was horrible. It couldn't maintain the desire or comfortable temperature. We have to asked for a fan and not to mention, we made several follow ups just to get a fan. Lastly, the food was pricey, it seems this hotel try to charge people like they are like a 4 or 5 star hotel. A glass of ice tea for 80 PHP? A tapsilog for 210 Pesos?

1st day. Lock got broken but nobody came to fix. Must ask receptionist open every time I went out and went back. There was a cockroach in my room. I have to ask change the room. There was no apologize came from hotel 2nd day. Water tap and shower were too bad. Flow rate is quite weak.

The stay was ok. The bathrobe is not free and you have to rent it for 500php each unlike in The Plaza hotel in Balanga that is readily available in the room. The bathroom has mildew and molds. But on a positive note, the food was bom digs!

Place was good. Food for breakfast could be improved. The garlic rice has too much water.

Location is superb very near serenitea and starbucks. Room is basic, clean and has old design. Price is a little high for hotel that has no amenities. But overall okay if your staying in bataan. Ps. Dont try the tapa its too sweet (tastes like tocino).
