The staff is very accomodating. The breakfast is great, delicious and taste good. Very worth it yung experience. Highly recommended.

The location is not that far from the center. Around 70 pesos taxi. The room is good enough for its price, and the breakfast buffet was great with different choices, and you can also self-cook noodles. Overall, the experience was great.

Our stay at Hotel Urban was memorable. The place is simple with a grocery store. The rooms are nice and just right for the price. Customer service is nice as well, but some of the staff needs to be more accommodating. Korean breakfast is very good, we love Korean food, especially Kimchi and Chicken. I would rate our stay 9/10 as there is a need for improvement. Thank you.

The hotel ' s location is near cafe by the ruins and foam coffee. If you're fit you can walk going to Session Rd just for 10-15 mins. There is an Unlimited samgyupsal restaurant. There ' s no aircondition in our room. There ' s also no bath towel. When I ask for bath towels they said they don't provide. First hotel I have been to that doesn't provide bath towels. Bath towel is the last thing I would like to bring when travelling. The room ambiance is different compared to common white rooms.

The staff are so nice and the place is so inconvenient.

What I love most about this hotel is that their food is great and their staff are all approachable, and kind.

We have a pleasant stay overnight.

Location wise- Accessible to public utility vehicle. Near burnham and sm baguio. Food- buffet breakfast, nice and accommodating staff. Room- not so neat, upon check in there is used face mask on the floor. Small room but okay for a 2-night stay since we prioritized exploring the tourist spots.

As I enter the room I smell the c. Are and it doesn't smell nice looks like the employee didn't clean it well, the blanket is itchy, I don't know what is that but it looks like small black pebbles or it came from the blanket itself, that 's why I didn't sleep well beacause it 's not comfortable, hope the hotel would improve that.

Location was good as it is near the city proper. However, in terms of comfort in the room that we had, I think the room was too small for 2 people especially if you have plenty of stuff.

Malawak yung place malinis at maganda. Yung breakfast lang is hindi buffet and parang di pang breakfast madaming option sa food kaso 2dish lang pwede mo piliin kaya -1 yun saakin hindi siya sulit since ang habol ko is buffet for brakfast heavy meal sana for morning kaso wala parang budget meal lang sa breakfast. Sila sasandok ng pagkain mo. Okay lang sana kung egg/bread and butter/hotdog.

My friends and I enjoyed our 2nights stay. We love the underground room with free water, hot and cold shower, wifi and cable TV. It is located in the City proper. The breakfast so delicious and the Staff are friendly and they have Sumyup too with Korean clothes for free to use while eating. Definitely come back again. Thank you.

Our hotel stay is Good. We upgraded our room from economy to standard. Were just a little bit disappointed on the Hotel amenities especially. On the blanket. It 's very thin considering the cold weather in baguio.

Very accessible ang location dahil malapit sa baguio market at Burnham park. Medyo off lang ako sa CR medyo dugyot. Pero overall okey mag stay dito. Ang sarap ng free breakfast nila at mabait ang mga nasa front desk. Mabilis sumagot sa inquiries.

Great location. Walking distance from Baguio City Hall and Burnham Park. Even if hotel is basement type (you have to go down 3 floors to get to your room), the room with balcony has OK view. Just beware that (according to front desk), they never allow even a few minutes of late check out (even when we stayed there for 3 days); No exceptions nor consideration it seems: You have to pay (so we quickly had to pack up after a tiring watch of the Panagbenga parade until 10AM). Also, when we asked for towels the first day, they told us "isusunod na lang", but I had to go up the front desk again a few hours later just to remind them and get them delivered (Personal tip: Bring your own towels because it's the old, abrasive kind they provide). But overall, experience is OK with the value for money and the great location.

They only accommodate people who got bigger money. They will sacrifice some of the lesser people who paid less price.
