Except for the view we got (our room was facing a gray concrete rooftop), everything was great! I wish I could have stayed longer and maybe next time we will.

No doubt staff is incredibly nice, but the building is falling apart. The room itself is big, but damn, so much particles on the floor that 's not supposed to be there. They didn't even clean the cracks and creases in the toilet. The front desks’ desk is also really dirty, you can see the bottom floor part of the desk falling apart, and so much dust like oh god. That 's all.

The toilet is dark, the room is dark. The toilets need brighter lights! Also the room and the toilet is swimming in very yellow lights. I need to turn on the table lamp and shine it on my suitcase just to see properly what I was looking for. We stayed in the old wing. If you want to try the new wing, have to pay more. Also two front desk check-in staff are lacking in friendliness and cordiality. One is named Cez. Very stern, inflexible. Most of them need good training on hospitality and customer relations. The bellboys are a lot friendlier, more customer-service oriented rather than the “frontliners.” Breakfast is good, service at the coffee shop is excellent. Everything was ok except when dealing with the front desk.

Swimming pool is under construction, parking lot is far from the hotel entrance which not good for guest with infants.

Hotelnya nyaman. Staffnya ramah dan responsif, wifinya lumayan. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan kuliner. Recommended untuk yang datang dengan tujuan bisnis atau turis.

Saya kecewa karena tidak ada bathtub, karena awalnya saya mau stay di sana adanya bathtub, padahal saya ordernya jauh-jauh hari biar ada kamarnya dengan bathtub dan saya minta ganti kamar melalui telepon, respon mereka sangat lambat. Pada saat mau masuk kamar, posisi pintu kamar sama sekali tidak tertutup, service kurang bagus. Bar lampunya tidak di hidupkan, di luar expektasi (di foto lebih wow, tapi kenyataannya so badly)-expensive hotel but low facilities dan services.

Clean room and professional nice staff, the Downside is the room not to sound proof, so we can hear clearly next door opening and closing the door not to mention when the room above you moving the chair But on top of everything will go back and Stay there again next time

Just few steps away from Bonifacio High Street, just 5 mins walk to Market Market and Ayana Mall, across Serendra, 10 mins walk to SM Aura. Room was okay and clean, bathroom is big but without bathtub (only shower), the hotel has their own fragrance that I don't like. Their watchdogs are so cute. The concierge helped us a lot.

Great location, modern and spacious room, lots of amenities, good breakfast choice!

It was good, but I just find that the restaurant is not so spacious. But overall, it was good. The staff are helpful and friendly.
