The room was beautiful and cozy. What I didn’t like was there was no regular housekeeping and the floor of the bathroom has always been soaking wet because there was no one to clean it.

Slightly dark room. Shower head is kinda in awkward position. Breakfast is good tho. Staffs are helpful.

I had problem with the hotel booking. The hotel said that they can't see it in their system. I provided them my Booking ID. Then when I'm going to check out, they even ask for a copy of the hotel voucher. But I already provided them my booking ID. I told them to contact travel agent. What if the hotel was fully booked, then they can't see my reservation. It will be a disaster for me.
