酒店干净整洁……

工作人员态度不友好，房间很脏，已经两天没打扫了。

我们住了两晚，房间却没打扫，理由是没人提出要求。早班的女服务员态度很差，连帮我们叫Grab去机场都不肯。浴室门锁坏了，根本关不上。

你能让它味道好并放置一夜吗？

住宿的好地方，有很多餐馆和咖啡馆。

Harga sesuai, kamar bersih, kamar mandi pun bersih, akses ke airport sangat dekat. Pelayanan bagus.

Staff tidak ada di tempat, pelayanan parah. Mau checkout susah. Jadi hampir tertinggal peswat, f*ck.

The stay was not fine cause I'm so tired and I have no choice but to just stay here (should have booked other accommodation 🙄). The room is quite small. That receptionist is so rude af, not welcoming at all! Act all snobby with me 🙄. I rather book other hotel than this one. Worst service. And I did the math, the indian lady receptionist is the hotel 's owner 🙄. It 's ruining your business reputation 🥱. Atp don't open a hotel not even budget one just open a muay thai ring or other kind of business that would compliment your rudeness and snobby attitude 🙄. My first and last, PERIOD.

Pelayanan tidak Baik, Dalam kamar tidak bisa makan.

Hati hati. Uang deposit tidak balikan. Modus, pada saat pagi mau chekout penjaga tidak ada. Petugas pria. Lebih mawas.

Ketika check out tidak ada orang di counter. Uang refund tidak di kembalikan. Padahal sudah info besok mau check out pagi pukul 05.00 pagi.
