It was a wonderful experience staying at the Simon’s Heritage Resort. Just a few things. I really hope that they have room service everyday like changing the bed sheets and towels, sweeping the floor, and cleaning the toilet, considering that we are on a beach, lots of sands. We used the same sheets and towels all throughout our stay 3 days and 2 nights and the pillows have no pillow cases. I would also suggest that they put a dresser or at least a mirror in the room, because room number 2 has none as well as trash can. Those were only available at the toilet. Overall still a great stay, breakfast is exceptional, and a very heartwarming staff and crew, feels like home. Those are only few pointers for improvement because I would love to come back and stay at the same place. Kudos Simon’s Heritage Resort. Keep it up and thank you.
