The toilet was not functioning well even the sink and we waited for 30 minutes to occupy the room. Still not good to be called a hotel.

the staff not to friendly...we choose this hotel because we need for rest only. then we just notice this is love hotel. little bit far from mall of asia but you can use jeep only 10 pessos to get to dragon plaza or mall of asia from hotel. but problem when you want to back to hotel if you use jeep you need walk 10 minute and crossed the road to back to this hotel. if you don't want to walk to use Tricycle or 🚕 is better choices. overall this hotel clean and have hot water and hot Chanel if for couples😀. nice and pretty cozy for rest. I can give point 7 from 10 to this 2 star hotel. you can also order beer and food here.

The room is quite cheaper but unfortunately the room is too dark and they borrow my credit card in order for them to a have a copy of it. Since the copying machine is in different location, I have used to follow them to secure that they will not be able to copy the credit card number & verification code (CVV). How can I trust them since this quite far from the lobby area. See attached picture of their data center room.

I reserved online. My flight for the day was cancelled so I needed a place to sleep overnight. It was my first time to try SoGo hotels, I know its reputation but I only needed a good and cheap place to rest (like 24 hrs). Since im arriving very early in the morning I requested during the booking if they can adjust check in time to an earlier time however there was no response. When I arrived in the Hotel they were not expecting me, I waiting 10~20 minutes for them to check my booking however they could not find my booking and instead they let me logged on their records. Seriously, what was the purpose of booking online if they cannot retrieve the records?? What if they reserved someone else on the room, where will I go then?? The room was ok, I can sleep and was comfortable, however the comfort room was not very comforting. lol. The floor had water and was always wet, the water cannot flow to the drainage pipe I think. The lavatory drainage also was not ok, I just washed my face then when I looked, the water was already overflowing on the it. The toilet bowl flash pressure was not ok also, I think if I used it it cannot even flush out completely. Overall the room was ok (bed and sleeping), comfort room was not ok. I stayed in room 332 that day,

Very clean, food is good. I had a good stay

I like the cleanliness of the room I like th food also

I want come again with better staying than this time
