Nak check-in kena tunggu sampai 1 jam🙄, maybe room full, room tak bersih.

Hotelnya terlihat seperti baru, bersih dan berwarna warni. Udara di koridor hotel terasa pengap, mungkin aircon diluar kurang dingin. Fasilitas kamar sesuai, sepi, tidak berisik dan baik untuk istirahat. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan KFC 24 jam sehingga tidak sulit jika mencari makan malam hari. WC juga bersih dan air panas bisa digunakan tanpa hambatan. Overall, hotel ini cocok untuk beristirahat karena tidak terletak di tempat ramai.

Satisfied with the services, environment. The room pretty awesome. Clean and fresh. Have their own parking so that we can ensure our vehicle safe and they have a guard too.

Room ok. Toilet ok. Ample parking. Just had some room access card problem in first few days stay. Convenient store next to lobby.

i lil dissapointed on my first night cause from the black out that occur during the nite. i need to sit in the car with engine on from 8pm to almost 12am cause i have baby with me. almost ask for refund because the point of booking a hotel is to have a place to sleep conveniently but end up need to stay in car for hours. everyting else were ok.

The place still quite far from jonker street. Still need to use car unless you want to rent a bike.

There is small mart inside the hotel. Convenient to have cup of coffee.
