空调不工作，水管破裂。

Iklan bilik x sama macam yang sebenarnya, dalam bilik ada TV tapi dah masok xda TV.

Unsatisfying..air condition not functioning well.

Clean room, friendly staff, fresh towel, toothbrush, soap, shampoo - great value for the money!

the service was not good. aircond do not service and the toilet is dirty (shared bathroom) booked another room but they gave another room

price level is ok. quite clean, reception is helpful and nice, overall is ok. no complain and will be coming back to the same hotel when someday back to.miri.

房间普通简单，但整洁。需要改善的地方是门的问题，有些开门关门时很响，有些需要用力关门导致环境砰砰响，会打扰住户。

No towel & tissue provided. No tv. The floor cracked. Noisy pipe system. Would not staying here again.

Perlu ada air mineral, cawan & kemudahan buat kopi teh.

Ventilation of the room was so bad. The bedsheets was not clean well and gives itchy to my skin.

I’m choosing for non-smoking room but once I check in the room, it's so smelly with smoke.

the toilet very transparent when us..uncomfortable..I go through the toilet in my room same the other hotel but the wall of the toilet use by glass transparent.
