The hotel was closed when we got there.

The first thing I observed when I checked in was that the reception staff was chewing/eating when receiving guest and they were not that polite, they don’t even greet you. They prefer chatting with other staffs than speaking with the guest.

The air condition is not working properly and the temp is not enough to make the room cold. The ac is also dusty looks like never been clean for a month. When I booked my reservation also said that I have free breakfast but the restaurant is under renovations.

Very unpleasant surroundings the street going to parking area So messy! (Daming tae) The bath towel as if basahan sa sobrang luma.

thank you Manila crown palace Hotel! booked my parents for a 2 nights stay... my parents really liked the place and their services... they Said they love the room because it spacious and clean 🚿... breakfast is reasonable too... keep it up 👍👍 till next time ❤❤❤

- Understaff especially the receptionist, only one. - Need to improve their facility like aircon, windows, the walls, and they must strictly comply with no smoking inside their facility. - The breakfast time is 7am to 10am, yet when we go for breakfast at 7:30 am, it is not available. - We check-out early due to unsatisfying service. I hope you can improve the service of your personnel and your facility. Thank you!

Our 3rd time to stay here. We wasn't able to take our sleep well, because of the telephone. It keeps on ringing from 1 am until 6 am. It makes us feel scary. It's like there's something in our room and someone's watching us. It's our first time to experience this kind of feeling in this hotel. Take note: room 705.

The building is old. Needs to renovate. Not suitable for the hotel rate of 3 stars.

We find it good to stay and friendly staff

There was no room service. Customers have to go down for the meal.

Staff is very friendly. Walking in the street is not recommended after daytime.

The location is near Robinson but I don't like the establishments nearby mostly night clubs. I like the bed because it is very comfy. The room has a huge window facing the streets.
