all is normal, but the hot water in our restroom is doesn't work.

I've just come back from my vacation 3 nights in Phuket and stayed in this hotel. It has good location which is close to the beach and the street food. Room is super clean and tidy. Bed is also good for us. We have all we need in room, water, coffee. Only one thing that I really don't like that the aircon is too close to the bed. So in the night, it's very cold and windy since aircon is too near. Both of us get sick after all. Ms Kritty is very kind and helpful, help us to rent motorbike and book the minivan to the airport. We have ever received such hospitality and kindness like this before. Thank you Kritty. We will stay here again if we visit Phuket. Nice hotel with affordable price.

The reception is very good in service and kind. The breakfast is too similar and not various. Overall is ok. You can walk about 20 min to the Pa Tong Beach, it's not a big problem but if you wouldn't like to walk, it's not good for you.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big. Was given the wrong key room, entered the room and found out there were someone's bags and cloths on the floor. Hard bed.

Nice hotel with beautiful design interior the service is very good I like it so much although the hotel is not famous because it is difficult to find the address so you have to call to ask the actually address
