I had a great stay in Mellinia Hotel very affordable and clean..

what I like from it was their room service their staff was so honest and job well done

My overall stay was ok. Though I have three issues: I asked if I could use my debit card for the deposit, I was told no. The next day, I overheard a guest checking in and his was honored. There is no bidet which was a huge hassle. Lastly, in the middle of the day, at around 10AM, someone knocked on my door to give feedback on my stay. They should’ve done that while I was checking out. It was a disturbance.

The room we stayed was ok. The staffs were courteous and friendly. Hoping to stay here again next time.

Their staff were not very accommodating. Even the security guard. Elevators are slow.

The room we checked in was not properly maintained..

We have to paid for the parking of 310php for the stay of 4pm-11am. There's no plates, no spoon and fork.

We had a good stay in a 2BR, the price is reasonable for its size. However, the room is too dark.

The accommodation I booked here at app is good. But the first time I went to millenia suites the room is not good enough that it had cockroaches during our stay.

the room is not clean. Sink are not properly maintained. door locks are not working and AC is at the worst

There were lots of cockroaches.

Rooms were disgusting, had to switch rooms 2x. On the third room we chose to have a refund after 1 night due to dirty maintenance.

There is no bidet. The pool stinks from the smell of chlorine - as soon as you open the door going to the pool you will be greeted by the strong smell of chlorine so we decided not to swim anymore.

It was an unplanned stay. Luckily I got a great deal. The room was spacious and clean. I just hope the front desk staff will be more cautious next time in giving key cards as we were given the wrong room and key. No toiletries provided. But I like eveything else about the room. Perfect for a tired body to rest.
