Overall stay is good. Food is OK.

Although I understand that it was a budget hotel, it would have been better if there was an available housekeeping service even after 6pm i.e. iron(ing) among others since oftentimes people travel to attend meetings, events etc. early in the morning the following day. Shower was defective

The room is creepy and smells not that good. I just thought its not worth the price. The breakfast was delicous and staffs are kind but again, the room is not that presentable.

Facilities old. Aircon not cold. Cr not clean. Smell not good.

The room looks and feels old. There was dirt in the bed sheets so we had to request for a change. The pillows and the mattress feel hard and not comfortable. When I went out of the room in the morning, the hallways and the elevator had a foul smell.

It was a great experience. The place it self is awesome. Great customer service. Room is nice and very relaxing.

Smells like cigarette smoke. had migraine my whole stay there.

I had 2 insects in the room since we arrived on the 26th of Dec.

I have a spine injury, the bed was so soft (as preferred by others) but not really a bad thing. It's just a matter of preferences. Location was great, near to fast foods, coffee shops and hospitals. My room was at the 4th floor, as the elevator opened I can smell already a strong smell of cigarettes.

So far so good. staff are very accommodating.

Not bad for the price I paid for. They have a very accommodating and friendly staff from the bell man to the reception/information desk up to the house keeping. Their downside is the very slow wifi. They need to upgrade it. The hotel itself need an upgrading/renovation since it is very old.

Not bad. however the toilet isn't good. Can't flush well and you cant wash with water after using the bowl.
