房型提供不详细，卫生间狭窄，想上厕所被厕所门挡住，入住时泳池底部很脏，厕所淋浴水流小，蚂蚁多。

非常舒适和干净，下次我还会再来这里住。

复杂且无解的系统

优点： - 位置距离主干道较远，所以不会很吵 - 酒店面积很大，有很多地方可以参观，例如瀑布 - 一些家具相当现代，有随时可用的热水器，厨房、厕所都很好 - 早餐有很多选择 - 我获得了免费烧烤促销 - 公共和私人温泉 缺点： - 我住的地方的家具很旧，看起来好像很久没有更换过了。 - Netflix 无法使用 - 私人温泉池很脏，看起来很久没有排干了。

我早上 8:15 左右吃早餐。大部分食物都快吃完了。我试着向工作人员要一份水果，他们说可以，很快就会再来。我一直等到 9:30，但还没有来补货。谢谢。

We always love staying at Gracia Spa. The room is clean and the food is good.

Kami menginap satu malam di vila tipe Gracia Village. Dapat akses bebas ke kolam air panas umumnya (lokasi sangat dekat dari vila, walking distance, tidak perlu penjemputan oleh shuttle car yang disediakan, tapi bisa saja kalau mau), sudah termasuk kayu bakar dan jasa penyalaan api unggun di teras vila, seluruh sudut vila sangat bersih, problem TV yang gagal konek ke wifi langsung ditangani oleh stafnya, amenities kamar terasa premium karena pakai brand Sensatia Botanica. Minusnya hanya di hair dryer berbau gosong, kami sudah complain, staf hotel menawarkan untuk langsung dibetulkan, tapi kami menolak karena privasi akan terganggu kalau ada staf berlama-lama di dalam vila, lagipula akhirnya kami angin-anginkan rambut saja. Overall puas, thank you for the hospitality. 🩷

Greatest villa on lembang in my opinion so far

My wife and I booked one room with one private pool. The room was quite spacious with access to a small garden, a gazebo, and a private hot spring pool just like in the picture. A bit surprised when I plunged myself into the warm water since it tasted a bit bitter and sour, I guess that's what sulfur tastes like. In the late afternoon hotel staff delivered complementary snacks and hot drinks which taste and presentation was quite nice. Then we headed to the main pool area which were just a short walking distance from our room. The main pool area consisted of I think 4 hot spring pools, and they were quite packed with people. We decided not to got in to the pool, instead we had dinner on the pool side. The food were highly priced, but the taste was ok. Not enough variety either. We finally had a swim in the early morning before breakfast. The pools were empty during that time, so we had the warm water pools all to ourselves. Overall, staying in this hotel is quite satisfying if you are looking for a short getaway from the city busy life.. just about 3 hours drive from Jakarta.

Fasilitas bagus, para staf ramah, makanan dan minuman yang disajikan enak, dan lingkungan sekitar villa yang tenang memberikan pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan.
