It was terrible experience, TV was not clear at all for watching and when I ask the receptionist he just said don’t know, bathroom water heater don’t have control at all..This is my first and last time..

Sorry but i have to give this very bad review to this hotel as the facts that we experienced. We supposed to stay for 4 night but ended stay for 1 night only. The 1st impression when i entered the room are: 1. Corner of room full of dust and hair, 2. Wall full of stain and dry liquid which were disgusting, i can even sleep worrying to accidentally touch the wall. 3. Even worse, bed sheet and pillow cover all are not clean i assumed they didn't change it and the evidence would be i found somebody's hair and some dirts, lucky my husband arrived earlier in the afternoon and he asked me to bring clean sheet and pillow cover from home. At first i had never thought it will be that bad. 4. Don't bother about the cleanliness of the pillow and bed mattress it self. Pillow got written text on it. Like who love who. And worse hotel didn't pay attention to give normal service to regular customer like us. 5. Jet shower in the toilet lost its head. So there was only pipe. 5. I found hanger hanged out of the AC. I assume hotel staff didn't clean the room at all and just hand out the key to us. Everything indicated that. Theres no amenities at all. Only small tiny soap. 6. Towel were brown colour with crippled edge. Even my eldest worst towel at home is better than that. We chose this hotel for its 3 stars and cheap price but what we got is less than 1 star quality. It proved to us that they didn't respect us as customer at the first place by didn't give us intention for good impression. It was too late to impress us by changing room or so as hotel already failed to use 1st opportunity at the first impression. Before i wrote this review, i already tried to ask for a compensation of the 3 nights we didn't use. But they refuse with so many reasons. Not even an apology. We give chances so many time for them to show good intention but they wasted it so many times and let us down. We wrote this in the hope to be heard by hotel management and may they do better actions. Thank you so much.
