椅子很不舒服。人们都想在转机时休息一下。我的背都疼了。

我预订了5个小时，想在他们的休息室休息、充电、洗澡和吃饭。但可惜的是，椅子不适合睡觉，只能坐着。不过他们的餐食和饮料都不错，选择也很多。

非常适合长途旅行，洗手间非常干净。

等待转机期间的住宿体验很棒。下次有机会还会预订。

It was a great place to stay while waiting for your flight. I just hope there were more options for food to eat.

The facilities are OK. However, the sofa seat needs to be maintained or upgraded for more comfort.

Arrived at midnight. Only food available was luke warm noodles which looked like they had been cooked 1 week before. Lots of empty cups and plates left around and no staff around to clean it up.

Unfriendly officer; Small cockroach at nite; No electricity in toilet until 5 am; Last nite food for breakfast …. Definitely won't stay again at nite.

Great facilities, even the front desk staff are very nice and well-detailed in their explanation, because I purchased a 3-hour package that includes a shower. It's worth it for me while waiting for my flight to Jakarta at 7 AM. I wish I will come again to this lounge if I have other flights.

Pilihan menu "5 hours lounge di Ambassador" ada penipuan dan sangat mengecewakan, deskripsi: 1orang/kamar 6m2, dapat fasilitas 1 kursi panjang untuk tidur, ada kamar mandi, toiletries & towel. Harga 1 juta sekian. Bahkan di pricelist masih ditulis sisa 5 kamar, itu artinya bahwa yang kami pesan adalah kamar bukan lounge! Ternyata yang kami dapatkan hanya Lounge tempat duduk biasa tidak ada kamarnya sama sekali. Yang ada kamarnya sesuai deskripsi namanya Nap Suite tetapi tidak dijual di aplikasi. Jadi ini membuat customer rancu. Deskripsi tidak sesuai dengan judulnya. Awas. Hati-hati memilih kamar!

Staf ramah dan professional, kursi dibuat lebih enak harusnya.

Terminal terletak didalam departure gate. Perlu boarding pass. Lalu menginap cuma 5 jam. Apakah bisa disebut hotel? Ini harusnya masuk kategori experience di aplikasi online. Bukan hotel. Saya rasa jika mau jadi hotel bisa paksa mereka merubah aturan mereka dan tidak mempersulit tamu. Setidaknya memperlihatkan booking code sudah cukup meyakinkan petugas departure gate, sambil menunggu tercetak boarding pass

Ini pertama kalinya saya menginap di hotel transit jadi saya tidak tahu peraturannya, kalau terima kasih batu bus kekali in. Di hotel transit harus cetak tiket penerbangan yang akan saya gunakan. 11 12 jam sebelum keberangkatan saya harus cetak booking tiket. Cetak di tahun. baru bisa masuk ke hotel. di area tah-ana: ada train. yang bisa antar antar terminal. Lumayan bisa istirahat 6 jam an. Kamar mandi di luar tapi bersih banget. Harga segini kalau di singapore murah, lah, hehe. kalau saya tidak capek. Mending saya keliling terminal cari sport foto buat dokumentasi. Sayang saya capek banget jadi bth istirahat yang nyaman dan ini adalah hotel yang bagus jika mau istirahat dengan nyaman.

The lounge was super noisy! Not because there were many people but the staffs were making tons of noise. Food was also terrible. Honestly it wasn't worth the money staying there. The only thing that was of value is the shower.

Makanannya lumayan lah masih bisa termakan untuk yang memakai lounge 5 jam dari jam 1 pagi hingga jam 6 pagi totally tidak bisa tidur nyenyak, karena bangkunya tidak nyaman untuk tidur. Di luar lounge, area terminal masih bisa nyenyak karena bisa meluruskan kaki. Harga tidak sesuai dengan tempat yang disediakan.

The hotel was clean and tidy. For make better service I suggest to renewable the chair with the chair leg placement.

Iya standar saja seperti lounge.

Not convenient, no sleeping lounge chairs, loud music blasting all night, food even my pets won't eat. For 60$ you can eat true Singapore food in terminal area several times, sleep in sleeping lounges for free and no blasting music. The only thing I found useful was the shower. And it was Cold, the heater didn't work. So cold shower at 4:30 a.m.

Perfect for couple of hours transit.
