早餐非常好。水上乐园的玩具非常好玩。

一切都很好。适合儿童

有一个儿童俱乐部和一个水上乐园真是太好了。 幸好我的儿子喜欢水上乐园和儿童俱乐部的玩具。 但是房间很旧，地板很旧，房间里有很多灰尘。 酒店走廊里的地毯灰尘太多了！ 房间里的设备很旧。房间里有股霉味。 我向工作人员要空气清新剂，但他们没有送来。 所以我使用自己的香水。而是将其喷洒在房间里。 浴室里的气味很浓。 冲厕所。就像马桶里有黑色沉淀物一样。我必须冲洗两次才能使水变清澈。 电梯很旧。我一点印象都没有。 早餐室 食物味道很淡。饮水杯没有清洗干净。 玻璃上有污渍，饮用水有异味。您必须自己出去购买饮用水。我绝对不会再回来。

The hotel,All is Good... but not with the fat coco restaurant.... the waiter is not friendly.. I haven't finished eating yet, but they turned on the fan directly towards me and my child.. I don't know what their purpose was in doing that.. If you really have to eat quickly, please write if you don't accept small children eating there..

Great location with a great facilities.

The beds are HORRIBLE. I got massive back and neck pain from sleeping a couple of nights there. Breakfast was continental but not impressive. Very generic food and even though enough variety, they are not special nor satisfying. We got tired of the food after 1 breakfast. And we bought 4 days of breakfasts total. FACILITIES - GREAT. Amazing pool for children (although the water is always freezing cold), MASSIVE playroom (selling point of hotel) and being a beach front hotel is the best thing about the hotel. Customer service - the worst. I booked my stay 1 month in advance and specifically asked for a type of baby cot which the customer service chat said they have and will note it in the system. I repeatedly told them many times this is the cot we request and in case there are many guests in the hotel, I wanted to make sure we get priority to that specific cot having booked and requested 1 month in advance. The customer service (through LINE) seemed frustrated with me for repeating my request many times but lo and behold, the day we checked in the front desk said that the type of cot we had requested was unavailable and they do not have this cot for many months already. You can imagine how frustrated I was at this point. I of course complained, asked for a refund or partial refund and they could do nothing. All they did was apologize. Eventually with much complain they "upgraded" my room to a higher floor but still the same style room so not much of an upgrade.

The staff, some were friendly and some were not. We stayed at a partial sea view room for 3 nights that has balcony. And the balcony is not child friendly, it’s quite dangerous for kids. They cleaned the room everyday but somehow the floor was still dirty, seems like they cleaned everything but not the floor. The AC in the room was noisy, and you can’t control the temperature, the cold air blows onto the bed and it can get really cold. So, either you turn it off or turn it on. During the stay, the pool was always full, because they allows non hotel guest, and that made us uncomfortable. Coco Play was free for hotel guest but it can get full with non hotel guests. The food at the restaurant was good but it lacks variety and the price was higher compared to another hotel. The hotel area looks and feels old and windows are dirty.

เป็นหนึ่งที่พักที่แนะนำค่ะสะดวกมีพื้นที่ให้เด็กๆเล่นกว้างมีมุมทานอาหารให้ผู้ปกครองได้พักผ่อนสวนอาหารก็ราคาพื้นฐานตามสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและแหล่งเศรษฐกิจโดยรวมถือว่าดีนะคะแนะนำค่ะไม่กว้างมากทำให้การเดินดูแลเด็กๆไม่เหนื่อยมากเช่นสวนน้ำ kids club ก่อนอาหารต่างๆห้องพักอาจจะไม่ได้หรูหรามากแต่ก็เหมาะกับการพาเด็กๆมาสนุกสนานภาพรวมถือว่าโอเคนะคะประทับใจดีอยู่ค่ะแนะนำเลย

Hotelnya seperti bangunan lama, lorong-lorong terasa panas, kurang worth it dengan harga segitu
