总体来说，这次体验符合我的预期。柜台工作人员很友好。位置靠近火车站。卫生状况尚可。唯一不足之处是毯子有股比较浓的漂白剂味道。

酒店员工很友好，地理位置优越，设施齐全，价格实惠，住起来很舒服，而且靠近安静的居銮市的各种标志性餐饮场所，棒极了👍👍👍

Kamat bersih dan nyaman, ukuran agak kecil tapi recommended.

Room nice toilet clean Aircon cold hot water very hot and quite.

Good location, easy check in/out, many parking spaces nearby. But it is in the shops area so sometimes at night still very noisy.

Hotel is at a convenient location, about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Kluang bus terminal. It is near city centre, all restaurants & shopping malls are within short walking distance. The deluxe king room was clean. Please bring your own toiletries, as only liquid soap was provided. The quality of the liquid soap is not good.

Rude receptionist (makcik) asking for name shouting. But uncle very nice and ask politely for my id booking and name. Come for the second time because the room was nice. But still, very bad rating for the receptionist makcik.

Spacious and clean room, the bathroom is also quite spacious and comfortable.

Rude old male staff. No sympathy for my parents who are senior citizen. My parents was asking for room at 1st level because very hard for them to climb the stairs to upper level but he refuse to give and asked my parents to add rm95 to change the room. No lift hotels must be more sensitive to senior citizens or disabled customer!

Clean, comfortable, reasonable price, located in centre of city, hot relaxing shower..... sound proof need to be improved.

Good purchase with great saving for deluxe family suites. Room look same with pictures. Thumbs up

The accommodation is spacious for family stay. Located near to the mall, 24hrs convenient store and fast food chains.

The room was good hence the room is actually fully booked and the hotel manage to gave us 1 family room insted of 2 bed we booked earlier.
