Loved Hennan. The customer service was next level. Facilities were just amazing. I purchased the room. With pool access and absolutely loved the experience. The buffet breakfast was excellent! I wish the massage hours were extended! The only criticism Ai have are the mosquitoes. Over all, I highly recommend Hennan Prime Hotel Boracay. I would go back for sure!

While I enjoyed the food and the staff of the hotel specifically the waiters and the room attendants. I was very unhappy with how I was treated during the check out. I've had a very unpleasant stay at our room since we ended up with tons of mosquito bites which And sleepless nights-didn't bother to complain about it since we were out of the room most of the time and would just go back to rest and sleep. On the day of our check-out we threw our cigarettes box in the trash bin of our toilet before leaving.-We left the room very clean and left no trash what so ever. Ended up being charge 14,000 just because they said that the room. I told them they are being unreasonable and they treat their customer poorly trying to get more money out of them. The lady in the reception area looks like she's just trained to do the to the customer. Anyway-Pandemic happened to all of us but hotels have no right to do that to their paying customers! Will never go back to hennan prime. It was such an unpleasant experience.

Had so much fun with my stay at Henann. The room is nice and clean. The staffs are very kind and accommodating.

Poor wifi signal. No netflix connection. Only coffee and tea are available for refreshment. Only 1 dental kit is provided per day.

I stayed with Henann Prime for the nth time and it's the first time I have experienced that the guard manning the beach front day beds are reserving it for his “masters”. I waited for the breakfast set up to finish and placed my things on one of the day beds but when I went back my things were gone and the reserved day bed was occupied by his “masters”.

Hennan prime beach boracay, all the staff are very accommodating. Very comfortable and relaxing place. Clean and safe even this time of pandemic

我们预订了海景大床房，一切都值得。醒来就能看到海滩美景，听着海浪声，呼吸着咸咸的海风，让人忍不住想多待一会儿。入住时，房间里已经准备好了卫生用品（湿巾和酒精）。特大床对我们两人来说绰绰有余，软硬适中，能让您安然入睡。房间还设有阳台，您可以一边欣赏日落美景，一边通过JBL闹钟内置的蓝牙音箱聆听您喜欢的音乐。浴室也很宽敞，配有两个洗手池、一个马桶、一个浴缸和一个带两种淋浴喷头的淋浴间。Sea Salt Café 的食物还不错。由于目前的防疫措施，餐厅的食物选择和座位空间有限。不过，我还是很喜欢他们的饮品（咖啡和水果奶昔）。客房服务方便快捷。温馨提示：每点一桶冰块都要收费。

Great for people who want to get away from the crowd. Exceptional beach front. We really enjoyed our room with pool access as we can swim anytime we want in just 2 steps from the door. People were really nice and helpful. There was a band playing every night with old songs and acoustic. Not loud which we really like. The only thing is it is a bit far from the buzz of boracay if you want cheaper and more variants of food. For us though, we would still prefer to stay in Henann. Trycycle ride cost 60php going to the mall for 2. If you’re with other commuters, it’s 10php per person.
