没有酒店拖鞋，提供的服务非常简单，只有有限的水、茶和咖啡，房间没有标准的客房准备，到达时也没有冰毛巾。

Menginap di kamar premier deluxe selama 3 malam. Sangat puas, nothing to complain. Ruangan bersih dan spacious, nyaman dan aman untuk toddler, bed dan bantalnya juga nyaman. Balkonnya lebih luas dari kebanyakan hotel, ada meja, kursi, serta sofa dinding menghadap ke pool. Bathroom juga spacious dan terawat, tidak jadul, shower room bagus dan design-nya gak bikin air menggenang, bathub besar/luas bisa untuk duduk berdua (bahkan bertiga dengan toddler). Pool standard, tidak terlalu besar/mewah, tapi bersih dan sangat proper untuk berenang, anak saya pun senang meski airnya dingin. Letak hotelnya sangat strategis, di sekitar banyak sekali pilihan cafe dan toko pakaian, seberang hotel ada minimarket, bisa jalan kaki ke kawasan pasar seni Ubud juga. Vibe hotelnya tenang tapi tidak seram sama sekali, tidak terdengar suara berisik juga meski dikelilingi cafe-cafe malam, overall sangat nyaman. Sarapan tidak beragam namun cukup baik, main course-nya ala carte (yang buffet hanya minuman, roti-rotian, dan dessert) tapi disajikan dengan sangat proper, cuma nasi gorengnya saja yang rasanya kurang/hambar karena mungkin disesuaikan dengan lidah bule. Saya sempat request bubur untuk bayi saya yang sedang tidak mau makan apapun dan beneran dibuatkan ❤️. Yang menginap mayoritas turis asing, bahkan saya sama sekali tidak bertemu dengan tamu lokal, tapi semua pegawai/pelayan tidak membeda-bedakan pelayananannya, semua sangat sangat ramah, terutama ke bayi kami. Kami minta tambahan handuk di kamar karena membawa toddler dan beneran langsung dikasih tanpa kena charge. Intinya, kami sangat menikmati pengalaman menginap kami di sini, jika ke Ubud lagi mungkin kami akan menginap di sini lagi. Hotelnya recommended, semoga bisa mempertahankan kualitasnya atau bahkan meningkatkan lebih sempurna lagi 🥰❤️

This hotel gave me a lot of surprises, with personal service, very nice & super helpful staff, 3 resto and strategic location. What I love most are high tea on the rooftop every 4 PM till 5 PM and lovely room for sure.

Small hotel in the heart of Ubud. Very kind staff, clean room, perfect location for seeing Ubud. Food can do better, but overall great.

The reception and bellboy is nice and helpful, the location also prime, however the hotel itself is not giving a good and comfortable feel because of the terribly bad lighting and the smell of the room that is rarely being use, the molds on the wall, the bed is not comfortable at all, very old bed I think and the window blinds that is broken so I had to close it manually. The only good thing is spacious room and clean spacious bathroom with really good water pressure. The restaurant is still closed for dinner, but there is no single light turn on, so it was really scary. I think it's time for your hotel to be fixed and renewed.

Kamar luas, lightingnya pas & nyaman di mata, ornamen ruangan bagus. Kamar tidurnya luas banget & bersih, ada sofa, meja kursi, kulkas, safety box, Wifi, TV cable. Balkon kamarnya private & ada sofa untuk santai & meja untuk makan. Benar-benar bagus & cozy. Kamar mandinya mewah & bersih, ada bathtub untuk berendam. Berasa seperti 5 star hotel. Restoran untuk breakfast suasananya cozy, makanannya juga enak semua, pelayanan ramah & care.

Lokasi hotel bagus. Tp fasilitas parkir mobil sangat kurang. Kamarnya bagus tp terkesan bau hotel lama tidak ditempati. Mungkin akibat pandemi.

Lovely place. Very clean. This hotel located in strategic area. Many dining and shopping place nearby. The pool is very nice. I enjoyed it so much.

Great stay with my family. The hotel staffs are very friendly, the room is clean, breakfast are excellent.

Once we reached the hotel, we were greeted with a welcome drink which was really good. Before bringing us to our room, the service staff explain to us where is the breakfast place and they also provide free tea time on the roof level. Amazing! The room is very spacious and have an extra space eating area. The toilet has a big bath tub! During breakfast aside from the buffet selection, we are also allowed to choose a main meal and some sides to go along. Everyday is a different selection of meal which was a plus point! There area also many shops to eat and shop near to this hotel.Overall, I had a really good experience during my stay. Thank you and will definitely come back again!

Hotel yang sangat baik untuk liburan bersama keluarga dengan ukuran kamar yang luas, fasilitas hotel yang bagus dengan staf-staf hotel yang ramah. Letak hotel yang sangat strategis berada di pusat kota Ubud.
