the problem no sahur at romadhan..

Don't have room that I book and pay using app which is 2 single bed room. They only have queen bed room. Then they upgrade me to a better room (i think) that have 2 single bed, and asking me for additional RM50 for 2 days. Never mind the RM50, because the upgraded room much more comfy and spacious. A/C are perfect. Breakfast are the only let down. Not much choice on food. Need to serve different kind of food for customer to make a choice.

1. Receptionist not able to find my booking record upon arrival. 2. Mess up the booking period. Room booking for 2 nights but receptionist call me on 2nd day around 1pm and ask me when I going to check out. 3. Breakfast was not refill after 9am. only left salad, cereal and few bread. 4.receptionist give me the wrong room then they said they free upgrade to room with windows 🙄

I can not use internet connection. Very bad.

So far, all went well. Receptionist are very friendly. Manage to check in at 1pm even though not pit remarks up front. Near to the store and town. Old street road awesome. Breakfast was good too.

Worth the price, the room is bigger than expected, just the air-conditional remote is too high and can't be reached.
