The staff were accommodating. Clean room and cr. Good location with easy access to the beach and main road. Budget friendly yet comfortable stay. Wifi is slow tho.

I was booked 4 days ago before we arrived was January 21 2020, Since we have a booking on the Beach Anne, we comfortable even we late check in, Because we had a delayed travel on the bus, and we arrived at The Beach Anne around 7:30 or before 8 pm. I can't imagine that the boy on the reception on the Beach Anne, passed me on the Medtown hotel on the business partner.. He said that somebody got the allowable room for my booking, minutes ago, and they are walk in costumer, Wow, because we are late arrived? is not a reasonable. 👎🏻

Very small and dirty receptionist is not friendly as well as the owner..i try to ask for landline since we are cancelled flight due to typhoon but the owner didn’t allow us to use the landline

Hello, I just want to file a complain, we did not expect that the way to Beach Anne Boracay is horrible. It is scary and dark. We are so uncomfortable with the location and we are scared something bad might happen if we will stay there even just for a night. We did not check in and we told the guy at the reception that we are not comfortable with the location as we feel unsafe and we will just leave. It was a terrible experience. We will never go back again to that place. I hope you will include in the photos the way or the surrounding of the hotel so the guests will have an idea next time.

The linens has a lot of dirt. It was really disappointing sleeping with dirty linens.

Our stay at The Beach Anne Boracay was okay. We had a pretty hard time looking for the place. The room, bathroom and sheets are clean when we arrived. The thing that I don't really like is that our room was really small. I ask the caretaker if the other rooms (much bigger) were the same "Standard Double" room and he said yes. I asked if we can transfer to the available room but he said it's still under maintenance. Then the next day, I saw that someone's already occupying the room. There's no hot shower also in room F (last room at the hallway). It's quite near the beach just a few walks away 😉

Located in Station 2 therefore, very near to everything. Will definitely book again. 😊

Fir a very affordable price, the palace is so nice and clean and was beyond our expectation. The hotel staff especially the front desk officer were kind and very courteous. The room has a free WiFi connection and is just a minute walk away from the beach. I would definitely book again on my next visit to Boracay.

This is a nice place to stay for those on a tight budget, and for those who don't mind walking 5 to 10 mins to reach the beach area. The place is clean, but the room we got somehow reeks of cigarette smoke. It's a bit uncomfortable for that part but nonetheless, everything else is ok.

Fair enough for backpackers on a budget. You only get what you paid for. Room is too small for 2 persons. I specifically requested for 2 beds, but they said charges for rooms with 2 beds differs than a room with double-sized bed which is not stated on their site. We don't even have chair/s inside our room. Bed foams are not that comfy and insect we had at one night. It was a good stay though. But I may try to look for other options that will still fit my budget on my next trip to Bora. The actual Bora beach and experience made my trip memorable.

We were booked for 3 nights; arrived at the Beach Anne around 9pm last Nov 23 with a printed out voucher. The person in charge at the reception is really nice and accommodating however he was surprised that we have a booking that day. So, cut the story short, after 20mins of waiting - we’re given a different small room than the ones were expecting. And on the 3rd night, we are asked nicely to transfer at the room that should be our room for 3nights in the first place. Hope you guys won’t missed out on another guests just like what happened to us, but our overall stay was good; real value for money.

Nice! Just few minutes walk to the beach. Better use Google map when searching this hotel. Good luck finding the Secret Passage! LOL!
