No hot water. We have 3 senior citizens and 1 child. No complimentary water.

The place was good and spacious. But I am really frustrated with the way they serve their food. First the order came so long that our travel itinerary almost got compromised. Second, the food they served in one of my friend has a hair embedded inside the bread! When we asked for a replacement, it took them forever. My order came the last! Everyone else was finished before I could start! And my order even came out without an egg! Seriously how hard is it to fry an egg and how long does it usually take? To our frustration, they were finished serving other guest who came to breakfast later than us. I wish they don’t serve breakfast so that I can give them a better rating.

Service are bad. rooms were not comfortable to stay.

They are not welcoming their guest, one of the staff told us we are not booked there. When we go to their counter to ask about my booking, I saw my name in their logbook so I ask who is that guy as if he knows everything, even checking logbook he never do and right away he reject us, it's bad for us especially we have kids to take some rest coming from a long travel, it's ok if they are not good in welcoming guest but they have to make sure to check their guest name before more talking and rejecting, I hope you also make an action about here, they have a good place especially near in the airport but only the people they have to train them properly how to handle their guest.

It was a nice stay. Friendly staff and the hotel is just a few blocks away from the Tagbilaran Airport and the city proper.
