I think the location is great, staff are friendly. The rooms are however very tiny and I wouldn't recommend if someone intends to stay for long.

Everything was as expected. The bathroom though, is a little bit cramped up.

The room is nice and clean. Quite good for a budget hotel.

I must have given it 5 smiles for the cleanliness but the night before we go to sleep (which is thank goodness!!), my husband saw a insect on the floor. Anyhow, my husband manage to sent it out of the room but I was disturbed for hours thinking there's more coming plus we can't help but think where did it come from and how it go to the room. But aside from that incident and the checking in problem/confusion, all is great.

Room was clean and had a good ambiance. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was at their sister hotel which meant you have to walk across the street but was ok as the food was good.
