Urusan check in yang mudah. Bilik luas, bersih dan selesa. Amat memuaskan. Cuma air terlalu perlahan di bilik tingkat paling atas.

The mattress and pillow hardest like stone.. Neck and back pain after woke up next day... In addition, aircon not cooling at all...

Sesuai dengan harga, sebelah McDonald 24h je, hampir sangat dengan aeon, tesco dan segala kemudahan lain, berbaloi.

Spacious, clean but no rubbish bin. Service is good and staff is friendly. Right behind MC Donald and near to Aeon.

Smelly towel (not dry properly), bad taste of body shampoo, stingy in giving toilet rolls as we have 3 persons and only gave us one roll & no extra. Receptionist is not friendly. The lighting of the room are not suitable and matching.

Towels are quite dirty and I got rashes from the bedsheet and blanket. Other than that, the room is quite spacious for the price and mcdonalds 24 hour is 5 minute walking distance.

The room was nice, neat and clean. I cannot connect to the Wi-Fi although had tried for so many times. Wish that the staff could greet the guest first and smile. Smiling is the key for hospitality.
