Food and place is good. We enjoy the stay and staff are very accommodating.

Sobrang ganda ng place! If you really want to relax, this is the best place to go. Their food is so good, medyo pricey lang pero sulit naman. Yung room itself ang dim lang, sana more lights, not too much stuff to do, walang TV. Pero the wifi is good. Staff are very accommodating kahit yung sa restaurant nila, they even allowed us to early check in.

Staff their are so nice, helpful and warm. They know how to treat their customers well. All the staff their are smiling. Best breakfast and their snacks like Taro chips. Their rooms are perfect for beach vibes. Just amazing ❤️

Nice location despite being a victim of circumstances ie typhoons and covid. With help from dept of tourism, the location will be backed to its heyday! Great staff, also no problem as far as transportation.

The place is undeniably breathtaking, however, blackouts were frequent. They can still improve on their service.

Worth the 10-12 hrs trip from Manila going here. Though the signal strength is weak the place has really amazing view. Perfect for those who love taking pics. The room and bathroom are clean. Staffs are polite and cost of their rooms are budget friendly. The menu list has only couple of choices to choose from, so do not expect to have many options for your meal preference. But over all, this is one great place I have visited.

The sink in the apartelle where we stayed was broken. It was replaced by a plastic basin when we complained. Maintenance staff should have checked it prior to our arrival. The resort's location was okay though.

A great place for staycation, calm scenery, quiet if you need to relax away from crowds and has very accommodating staffs. Always attending needs and friendly. Facilities are nice and clean. Foods are delicious and has options to choice from. A view of beautiful wide sea and huge windmills are visible. Missing the lovely sweet dog named “Beauty”. Highly recommended for adventurers need to get away from stress.

Breathtaking view. Relaxing place but the room we stayed is not so comfy. Front desk staff is okay but needs to improve.

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff

The place is nice, food was good and service staff were great. Room was not too comfortable because the small aircon was too loud.

This place is serene. It’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy your escape from the city. Excellent customer service. Staff were nice and very accomodating. Food was great! It was our first time to try the insarabasab and we loved it. The room that they assigned to us was nice and clean, one thing that I’m concerned about is the water pressure in the shower is low. I think they need to change the shower head, but other than that everything is okay. The view from the balcony is relaxing. Although we stayed here for only 1 night, me and my fiancé had a great time in alta vista! We’ll definitely come back and invite our friends.

It wasn’t great. When we went there our room not ready. We need to wait 15 min. They are not aware that we are coming to check in there.very nice location but staff are not accommodating.

The place is great although there are a lot of insects coming from the roof, I guess. And it was too far when you are coming from Manila.

Great stay for short visit in Pagudpud

The location was both bed (it was a bit far from the city) and good (it meant less people, and it made the resort seem more exclusive). The beach was rocky, but the view was breathtaking. I saw a review saying it looked like a mini-Batanes and indeed it does. The hotel was okay, the power kept fluctuating during the one night that we stayed, though I'm not sure if that's a normal occurrence. They also don't have wifi. Our dinner took a while to be served and the taste was just so-so. Breakfast was served buffet-style so we thought it was unlimited but turns out it was just one-serving per person. The food also wasn't served hot. All in all, it's an okay hotel if you're not looking for something luxurious. And we paid a fairly cheap price so I really wasn't expecting much. Giving it a solid 3 out of 5.
