405号房间的空调一点也不冷

一切都很好。服务也很好。

门上方的保险丝盒会发出很响的嗡嗡声，根本没法入睡。我不得不把电源卡拔掉，把房间里的所有电源都断了。还有一些带着小孩的中国游客，他们每天会来我那层楼的客人家玩17次，摔门而去，又喊又叫。没人训斥他们。

住宿很舒适，前台很友好。

好地方，肯定会再来的。

闻起来有霉味。空调打不开。和更衣室。再次下楼到接待处索要钥匙。

最好的居住地，现在我将其宣布为我的第二家。

Hotel lumayan bersih dan nyaman, cuma tempat tidur agak keras saja, hehehe. Pelayanan hotel juga ramah, rekomen lah ya, hehehe.

Kasurnya sangat keras sangat perlu di ganti.

Tidak ada air minum. Tidak ada sikat gigi. Tidak ada pemanas air. Tidak ada gula kopi teh. Tidak ada kain lap kaki. Saluran tv hanya 2 saja.

Registration staff was friendly but the room was so bad. I was greeted by mushrooms growing everywhere so you can imagine how "clean" it is 🤮 the mushrooms are diverse and growing so healthily too 😅 it was late and I was too tired to change another room so I just bear with it but I'm never going back. 🤭

Environment is very bad. Room is dirty, ceiling got mouldy, and bathroom is old and disrepair. Bed is really hard, felt uncomfortable to sleep. Slept one day and felt very itchy. Seems like got bugs that bite me or something. Booked 2 days, but only slept for 1 day and then booked other hotel. Unfortunately couldn't claim back refund for one day as online agent said it is non-refundable. This room is unacceptable and won't stay there again, ever!

Ini kali ke-5 aku check in dekat hotel ni, dan apa yang aku nak cakap, memang puas hatilah walaupun hotel bajet, aircond sejuk, facility dan layanan semua memang terbaik, ni salah satu hotel favorite aku, terbaik pihak homestay hotel, cuma ada teguran lah, kalau boleh TV dekat semua bilik biar boleh digunakan kerana asa sesetengah bilik TV dia tak berfungsi, harap pihak management boleh perbaiki masalah tersebut, thanks.
