They have a newly renovated lobby. Very pleasing to the eye. They also have free-flowing coffee at the lobby area. The location is good too, as it is near the city center. Enjoyed my stay.

Microtel Baguio is our go-to hotel when we are in Baguio City. Commendable and friendly staffs especially the guards for their help and superb patience with us. The rooms are nice with big windows overlooking the view outside. The beds are big that can fit 2 adults comfortably and the comfort room are neat and big too. I think they can still improve on the variety of their breakfast for a satisfying start of the day. Thank you Traveloka and Microtel Baguio for a wonderful stay 🥰

The hotel is near to a lot of establishments. We literally just walked around Baguio. As for the customer service, checking in, checking out, and asking for assistance was super fast! Never waited for more than 5 minutes to get things done. They were all super friendly too!

Room itself is fair for its price. Bathroom's exhaust fan not really working properly. There is still faint smell of bad/foul odor even when bathroom is not in used. We needed to spray deodorizer before and after coming in. Breakfast is also not too impressive but is okay for a light eater.

11/10! ⭐ Was nice and perfect! We really enjoyed our stay. We'll surely comeback again soon.

Very nice location. Near Victory Bus Terminal. Not so crowded streets. With Secured Parking. Strong wifi. Great for working trips.

Staying here has always been pleasant. I think we were the only visitors that time and we were accommodated well. They even helped with printing our voucher. The staff were great. Will stay here again on my next trip.

The location is good - you can easily walk to SM Baguio, and other places with good dining options. The hotel itself looks amazing too, plus the hotel staff and security are all so warm and welcoming. I'd specially like to commend the security personnel, as they are always very much willing to help you out with getting a taxi, and they are so friendly! You can find a water dispenser in the floor lobbies, with both cold and hot water. The rooms are clear; the showers are nice. The only downside is the TV in the room we stayed in. It was old, and didn't show the pictures clearly. Then again, we weren't there to watch TV, but to go around Baguio. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Microtel, and would recommend the place to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay. Excellent service. If you're thirsty. They have a water dispenser outside the hallways. Amazing

The staff are very polite and accommodating. The room is very clean and comfortable and the sheets and towels smell so good.

Staff were nice. Amenities were good but having bathrobes and complimentary slippers would be great. Complimentary breakfast buffet is good but I would love to have bacon and additional fruits selection for the buffet.

Breakfast includes eggs made to order and a nice melon.
