I reached there at 11.30 pm and check in counter was closed. security person did my check in which was a very frustrating and long process. then I found a lot of bugs on the bed. so I just left and went to another hotel. worst experience ever!

Nice place to Escape for Family or Business

I reached there for about 1am and the entrance was dark and no one and the reception counter and one of the security said the all staff have gone back. After I told the security that I got booking and paid through online then one of the staff came out from nowhere and registered me and gave the room key and the room is out of my expectation.

Bilik tidak bersih... ade rambut yang banyak atas lantai shower.

Got a newly refurbished room so it feels new. However the cleanliness can be improved. The room was generously spacious. The pool is clean, and the nearby beach is great, good for picnic and swimming with family. Food choice is limited but tasty.

Mengecewakan.Masuk sahaja ke bilik,saya di dengarkan bunyi air menitis dari sinki,masuk untuk betulkan pili rupanya masih banyak perkara lain.Simpan beg untuk call front counter,wayar telephone tercabut,saya terpaksa pegang wayar tersebut untuk berhubung.Mata di hiasi dengan lantai yang tidak di bersihkan,rambut di lantai.Sliding tingkap yang tidak di cuci,dan ruang koridor yang penuh dengan sampah dan curtain dan towel yang di gunakan adalah tidak sesuai untuk bilik hotel juga habuk pada tv dan rak sekata.Bilik besar tapi sayang kebersihan tiada.Kolam sangat bersih dan sarapan juga baik.Receptionist Anis sangat membantu.

Friendly staffs, good food. No replacement of mineral water, no extra pillow, toilet a bit dirty. Please make sure public used swimming pool wear suitable swimsuit, using ordinary wear will unclean water. Thank you.

Ok jer, layanan staff akar beach resort cuma air cond je tak sejuk langsung, buat sendiri cuci filter baru bilik sejuk balik. Customer KL.

Hotel bagus and breakfast pun sedap.

Bilik berdekatan dengan kolam renang, sarapan pagi yang memuaskan, berdekatan dengan pantai dan suasana yang tenang amat sesuai untuk bercuti sendirian atau berkeluarga.
