位置很好，但是空调不冷，温度设定在 16 度，电视出现故障。

Lokasi stratgeis. Dilingkungan sekitar tak sulot mencari makan dengan harga terjangkau. Dekat Mall Sunway juga.

The window room has no view. So noisy and bad smell. No tea, coffee and spoon. They provide empty water bottle.

The staff is really friendly and love the location of the hotel.

All is good except for parking very troublesome.

Lift mati, sehingga saya dengan kondisi kaki terkilir harus naik turun tangga bawa koper. Tidak ada permintaan maaf, receptionist tidak ramah. Kamar berisik karena banyak suara mesin ac.

Dengan harga yang murah dekat dengan pyramid mall saya rasa sangat oke, ukuran kamar kecil, tidak di sediakan sikat gigi dan pasta gigi.

I stay for 2nights the room is so small no coffee or tea in the room, no cleaning service the second day was rainning the roof is leaking very disappointed.

Dekat dengan rumah sakit, dekat dengan sunway Piramid, kamar pas ber3, ruangan tidak begitu luas tapi okelah, bersih, kamar tidak berbau, koridor kurang ventilasi udara.

Reception kurang ramah, kamar sempit dan bising.

Kamar nya terlalu kecil, proses cek in lama, dan ribet.

Self checked in kiosk is convenient and easy with the help of cashier of the convenient store at the hotel.
