The resort were new and very beautiful. Food were great too. However on our second night, the electricity were on and off by itself every 15minutes. The staff who came to fix said it quite a comment problem happen due to problem on the key card holder socket. The next morning I need to go to airport by 5.45am (2nd May 2017). Since breakfast only start from 6am, the receptionist staff who I spoken to the night before promise will prepare a take away breakfast for me. I was disappointing the next day as no body were in the receptionist area and of course there were no breakfast prepared for me as well. More disappointment later on the day as my friend who check out later at 2pm (because her flight to bangkok were on the evening at 5pm) were asked to paid 250 bath for a laundry bag that we took to kept our dirty clothes. There were no information that the laundry bag were with price tag or we can't use it as it is just a normal laundry bag. It brown color and made off recycle material just like any other laundry bags in every hotels. It such a pity that at the end of the trip we have negative feeling about this resort because of these small things. I believe the management need to improve on training their staff to be more care and serve customer more professionally. As during our check in, the receptionist were unable to take deposit via credit card as he said he don't know how. need to wait the manager to come.
