Nice pool villa, the staff are friendly and response is quick

齊潔、方便、舒適，地方很足夠，泳池乾淨，員工友善服務態度好，整體相當滿意！唯一不好的就是樓上的房間没有處理好遮光的問題，一大清早就很光，希望可以改善，下次會再去住。

Sou is the person who took care of us since we checked in. He was friendly and responsive, but we could not reach Nam or Sou even we have informed Nam in advance that we would arrive Phuket in midnight and called both them over an hour since we arrived the Phuket airport. Luckily we drove so we could arrange to change to another hotel and Sou finally be reached before we left the villa’s entrance. Housekeeping came everyday to take away trash, mop the floor and reset bedroom. No change for towels. Swimming pool was clean and deep enough for swim. BBQ rack on request, but they took away immediately next day morning. We could not have one more BBQ night. We spent some time search for coal too. Overall is good. Villa was clean and comfortable. We spent some time for washing machine as no operation guide and no washing powder. Housekeeper didn’t know Eng but polite. No bicycle provided. Convenience as we drove. Close to Karon beach and 10 mins drive to Patong. We enjoy living there. Neighbours were friendly and quiet. Close to many attractions. Overall a tidy and comfortable villa. Me, my family and kids like it very much. We would come again and so look forward for a better arrangement next time.

A really nice place for group of people to stay. Rooms are really big and comfortable. Incredible swimming pool. Nice kitchen and toilets. Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is very quiet but also very close to Karon beach and the main street.

The hotel is in a wonderful location and if you rent the motorbike that hotel offered (it is cheap), you can get to anywhere in Phuket easily with google map. The room is big and the swimming pool is deep and big enough if you want to actually swim instead of touching the bottom. They have a washing machine which helps a lot if you enjoy the water sport in Phuket - The washing machine is outdoor and it maybe a little bit creepy at night. No toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo provided. The slipper provided is not new and actually some of them are even in yellow. Ants, mosquito and tiny spider can be found frequently. No ventilation fan in toilet. Large concrete crack observed on the walls. I feel itchy on bed the first night but no words from my partner, no sure if it related to the cleanliness of the bed. The manager is very nice and helpful.

This hotel, or more accurately, a villa, has three spacious suite rooms with independent restrooms, and a nice pool. The community (includes around 4-5 villas inside) is very quiet, however some barking and chicken shout outside the community are expected. The hotel is not on a major road and requires about 20-minutes walking to the Karon beach. I would not say this distance is bad since that makes your stay much more quite and comfortable than living on the Main Street, seriously. Moreover, no front desk set up there but the staff will clean the house for every 2-3 days.

Great property, rooms had so much space and the pool was beautiful. Unfortunately the plates and dishes when we arrived were not entirely clean and we had to hand wash them. Also the property is not as close to the beach as we thought, you had to take a longer way round. However we really enjoyed our stay and had an enjoyable time.

Rolig inne gjerdet område ikke langt ifra by og strand ! Størrelsen på huset var nok litt mindre enn oppgitt, men plass nok uansett ! God standard , kan anbefales.

I LOVED the comfortable and stylish design of this pool villa. It was gorgeous. And the pool was lovely. I loved that it was cleaned every day and came with toiletries and a welcome fruit basket. The management team were very responsive to any queries or requests we had. It felt very safe and was a reasonable walking distance from the main road with great restaurants, shops and bars.

Nam was fantastic, nothing was too hard for her. She recommended great restaurants, made arrangements regarding tours and hotel transfers. She noticed from my wife's passport that she would have her birthday during our stay and she arranged a cake.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met ons gezin. Zeer ruim en comfortabele villa en de kinderen genoten dag en nacht van het zwembad. Elke dag kwam een heel prettig en vriendelijk team housekeeping verzorgen, we voelden ons heerlijk verwend. Er werd zeer snel en behulpzaam gecommuniceerd en bij vragen of onderhoud kwam er gelijk iemand. Het voelde echt als thuis.

A pleasant walk from town was a very peaceful stay for 3 couples. We all had our own bathrooms and private pool was lovely.
