酒店很漂亮，早餐也不错。唯一的小缺点是，我们入住一间房到下午3:30之后才入住，另一间房要到很晚才可以入住。不知道是不是因为我们入住时要求的是连通房（大约下午1:30，比下午3点的入住时间提前了）。不过，这对我们来说不算什么问题，因为我们有地方可去，而且工作人员很友好，乐于助人。

酒店景色优美，一切都很棒。食物美味可口。但更令人难忘的是所有员工待客之道。每个人都非常友好，面带真诚的微笑，并致力于提供卓越的服务。希望这种服务能够持续下去，因为优质持久的服务是每位客人再次入住酒店的重要理由。

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning architecture. The staff were incredibly kind and even upgraded us to a Junior Suite—likely because it was a quieter period, but still a lovely surprise. They also gave us a quick tour after check-in, which was a nice touch. The room was great, though we had a minor water issue. Thankfully, the engineering team fixed it quickly, and we even received complimentary food as a gesture. The gym was also well-maintained, with all equipment working perfectly. The only challenge was the location—access roads are quite narrow, which might be tricky for larger vehicles. However, once inside, the resort itself is beautiful and well worth the trip. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service and thoughtful hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

Back for the second time, but in my opinion, the facilities/room and buildings may need to be refurbished.

Cek in lama. Mnt aqua lama. Kunci pas pulang g bisa buka. Mau cek out di tambah-tambah kt pake minuman alkohll aja kt g minum udah fitnah'cek out lama padahal saya member mariot'pelayanan terjelek.

The hotel is really great, the location is not far from good restaurant, you can see fascinating scenery from hotel, the pool is great and also I love the breakfast.

Hotel dengan pemandangan yang sangat indah, kamar bersih, staff yang ramah salah satunya bapak yang ada di foto dan makanan yang enak, saya akan menginap lagi di sini kalau ke Bali 👍

Luar luar biasa. Pengalaman pertama saya dan keluarga menginap di sini. Kamarnya oke dan bersih, breakfast oke sekali dan pelayanan cukup ramah. Selalu tingkatkan dan perbanyak jalinan promosi terutama dengan perbankan. Renaissance Uluwatu oke.
