Hi, the staff were all accommodating and friendly. The view was also really nice, we liked it but the problem were... so far, all the reviews from previews guests from months ago were all true. Like the cable still not okay, no wifi still, the place is big but it doesn't look well kept inside.. The card/automated locks weren't functioning well. We have to switch room because the card wasn't working and the flush in the toilet doesn't as well. We were surprised there were cobwebs outside the door and the linens weren't clean enough (even where we switched rooms, the towels and linens still have stains). For the second room, the shower wasn't working well. Sometimes its hot, sometimes cold and the shower heads aren't clean. If they can improve the hotel itself this place will be really nice but the rooms are already expensive and you don't feel like it's worth the money.

The staff was very accommodating. However, when it comes to hotel room, we were very disappointed. No WiFi on our room, no cable and worst veranda, elevator, mirrors were dirty.

Great stay for three days.. love the pool and the beach. People there are nice and very approachable.. thumbs up!
