We had a great stay soo far. Hoping that our next stay, the front desk might need to read or at least acknowledge our request.

Bedsheet not clean at all. Heater not functioning and the staff service is very bad. AC not working. This is a scam hotel. Don't book

We were looking forward to take a swim in the pool but said it was not available, said it is being fixed and would most likely be available the next day. The aircon in our room as well is defective, cannot cool the entire room just a specific corner and it’s like just a small fan blowing. No aircon in the hallway and the carpets are so dirty and not maintained. The next day, the pool was still not available. Though the advantage is, it is near some restaurants where you can grab a bite anytime.

Building looks old inside, the room is big. However, I suggested one queen size bed but they offer me a 2 single beds which dismays us. The place is accesible to the malls in the city, business park and nearby restaurants. The room is not sound proof.

Not recommending this hotel. There are cockroaches and also there was a leak of water from the airconditioner unit all over the floor.

Requested not granted, also we are asking about on how to go to “somewhere” yet they always answer us that they don't know 🤦🏽‍♀️

incomplete toiletries. They don't have a toothbrush, no complimentary tea and coffee luckily they have complimentary water. Their elevator is not fully functional you have to either go up or down one floor to go for a functioning elevator button. But the room is Great the aircon is cool.

Out of the 2 elevators, only 1 was working and worse, there was even a time when neither worked, so there was no option but to take the stairs. Food was just very basic.

It was a superb stay. Everyone was nice and was attentive with requests! Thumbs up!

It is good, but the AC is not that okay.

The hotel was nice and I love their pool yet what I don't like is their air condition unit in the room, its not working and whats worst is that, even when we had reported it they only asked maintenance to check it and it was still not working well. When we called again to complain about it, we were told that "as per maintenance the air con is working" like really is that the best response you can give to your customer? Is the maintenance the one staying in the room? You could have at least acknowledge our concern and offered to have a change of room to compensate for it. Poor customer service, lousy customer handling skills!

It was great even if it's just one night only! :) I love their bed and pillows, they are so comfy! And they also have a pool at the 17th floor which is also nice! The service is GREAT!

elevator is not working. it lead us to walk from ground floor to the 6th floor where our room is located. i find it so hard to travel with stairs in buying something to eat

We had a few requests for the resto when it was under renovation at the time. The receptionists we're awesome to meet them like us borrowing utensils, getting coffee and breakfast and water. And though the pool was so cold, the view is just amazing.

Great but the parking area was across the hotel. not that easily accessible whenever you want to park

Parking lot across was very dirty. Hallways and elevator were dirty and hot. Saw some cockroach on the sink. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to others at all. Air conditioner inside room wasn't working as well.

The location is perfect and the pool is nice but they need to clean the pool area. I love the room and WiFi is excellent! The CR is okay but old. I just don't like their breakfast, they only have 3 options.
